Yeah, we usually use the statgain file to develop the rider in the best possible paths - in this case MO or HI (or both) and write down his final statline to make it visable to everyone that the rider isn't in one way or another overpowered.
I can tell by looking at these stats you have suggested, that you'd might want to reconsider a couple of the low stats - he'll easily be your rider for 50K that's for sure, as he'll never max out to become useful in any division in all honesty. A better FL, FTR and perhaps physical statline he would be a useful domestique at CT or PCT level.

Oh, right, I understand that. Can you help me find the statgain file? Did somebody make it in a way so it automatically calculates what he would look like at lvl 4? |

Must admit I always struggle to find it, as it’s not logically uploaded (to me). Once I get to my PC I’ll upload and send a link.
It is a manual proces though. The schedule tell you if a rider get 0-1-2-3 or 4 statgains in a specific stat if depending on the potential and the development level of the rider. You decide which path the rider should pursue, so there’s not a fixed end result for the rider.

The suggestion are fine. Just 2 things:
- for this year mostly riders born 2001 were the focus, exceptions of course possible
- more important: Talent suggestions are closed for this season since the prerenewals DB with the talents is out already 
So you have another chance next year. then focused on riders born 2002

For Erkan and Skok, you forgot to include the Recovery bonus, which is +3 when going from 74 to 75 sprint, and +4 when going from 75 to 76 sprint. So that would be +7 for Erkan, +3 for Skok.
Furthermore, it's a good idea to include the path you used to get the max stats. For example, Skok could also be trained as a puncheur or punchy sprinter instead of going track-sprint which I suppose you did.
But having never suggested a rider so far, I'm probably the wrong person to critizise you - thanks for submitting anyway  Although I suppose it might be too late for this year, as the talents DB was already released...

This just means that younger riders will (probably) not be considered. You can always suggest older riders who aren't in the DB yet, and you can even suggest to create them as lvl2/3 riders. There are quite some of those in the talents DB, by far not all additions are born in 2001.

I don't know how you did the statgains, but with Pot 7 he's looking a bit OP compared to the currently added talents. He'd actually max at 81Mo/78TT with the Stage Racer path; maybe you just forgot to add the 4 -> Max statgain?
I guess he won't be added this year anyway, as the talents DB has already been released - but next year he should definitely be in, as 2002 will be the main target year.
Btw, maybe the energy stats, especially Sta/Res, could be a tad too low for a great stage racer.

Oh yah. We got another one! Tim Torn Teutenberg is another young German you need to add purely based on name, but he doesn't lack talent either. He's another 2002 born rider, but even if he doesn't get in this year, lets try for next. Tim Torn, a member of Leopold TOGT Pro Cycling, has a decent palemares for his level, including winning 2 small German one-day races in May, as well as a 3rd and 5th place in the Giro Next Gen losing to Luke Lamperti in the first, but besting him later in the race. He is definitely a pure sprinter.

As further evidence of his inclusion, Tim Torn Teutenberg has a 24 year old professional cyclist for a sister, similarly named Lea Lin Teutenberg, as well as a Father, Uncle, and Aunt in cycling. His uncle and aunt were especially successful with his Aunt (Ina-Yoko Teutenberg) allegedly having 148 wins to her name and his uncle riding in 7 grand tours and having 8 wins, with multiple stage podiums in the Vuelta and Tour de Suisse.

Honestly, yah, I probably messed him up, maybe also my next suggestion. You should definitely balance him. But if I'm being honest, I'd much rather have Tim Torn Teutenberg into the ManGame (balanced appropriately). We could even fudge his birthdate to make him a 2001 . Is it not possible to edit the DB live? |

Thanks for doing suggestions, you're actually one step further than I am - and I started back in the 2019 season
I'd just like to point out a couple of things I think I noticed with your maxed stats:
- I believe you took the Potential 6 row for Teutenberg, even though you wrote Pot. 5
- I also think you only applied every stat gain table just once. This is correct for the < > 2 and 3 > 4 tables, but the middle table, where it says "2 > 3, 4 > Max" has to be applied twice. This would lead to Teutenberg becoming a 79 sprinter (instead of 77). Which I don't say is wrong, but it's quite different
- It would also be helpful to write which stat gains you used to calculate the maxed stats
- There is a special Recovery bonus for sprinters; you find it in the "Sprint Stat Bonus" tab. When a rider goes from 74>75 sprint, he gets 3 additional Recovery points. When he gets from 75>76, there's even a 4 points bonus. So for any rider who has at least 76 sprint, you have to add 7 stat points in Recovery. Sounds complicated, but you get used to it
Again, thanks for suggesting - as said before, 2002 riders have only slim chances of being included this year, so remember to take your suggestion to next year's thread as soon as it opens

It can happen that we adjust birthdates when riders get into the MG, but this nowadays happens almost exclusively for riders of small countries, where there just aren't enough active riders available. But for a traditional cycling nation like Germany, I doubt this would be done.
And if he gets added with his real birthdate, it actually doesn't matter if it happens this season or the next, as riders born in 2002 won't be able to do the 1 -> 3 development anyway. So he'll reach his max level in the same year, whether we add him now or in 2024.
