Haven't played PCM since 2021, I think, but just picked up PCM2023 and see that they still haven't added a way to rebind keys (unless this feature is well hidden) and still have a bunch of important keys bound to the Num keys, which I don't have on my current keyboard.
Is there any way I can access the game files to reprogram these keys? I'm not a very tech savvy guy so not sure if this is a stupid question, but hope to find a solution to this as it's very annoying not being able to control my rider in the peloton...

Let's zoom out here, there's the game where you can't really change much. What about your keyboard? If it's a gaming brand like Steelseries, Logitech or any other most of the times you can reconfigure keys with their software. I've used Steelseries most and you can make a profile for the specific game (that is started if you start the game) so the remapping of the keyboard is only used in that game. Have you tried this?
