Not the most amazing stage from Taaramae for 5th and maybe behind a few riders he should be stronger than but at least the time gaps are limited to the stage bonuses.
It all comes down to that final TTT for us. I have high expectations which should give Taaramae 2nd here at the least and maybe even clawing back the time to Minions on a great day.
Cattaneo winning the uphill sprint with pure climbing strength given he’s not exactly known for his accelerations! Heartbreak on the line though
Thanks for a great report Red!

Great... another plain bullshit race for us. Stüssi finishing behind Craddock is probably the most ridiculous result I've seen from him this year. But I can't say I didn't see it coming, looking at the last couple of races raced with that specific PCM instance. Just wondering why. Guess I really shouldn't read those reports anymore.
Pissed.

Wtf
This is not how I expected Cattaneo to win this race. Being on our best behavior in the TTT is crucial now.
Thanks for the reports!

Well not the worst thing ever. I hope we can get a high stage finish in this last flat stage. We will definitely lose GC position in the TTT

Pretty good from Talanksy, far from our strongest TT team here but hopefully a mid ranking finish won't cost us more than a couple of spots. Shout to the forgotten man - Tyler Brandt popping up with a decent GC (so far)
A good result from Bennett tomorrow would make this a good race

Subwoolfer headlining with Kraftwerk as their support act
Pleased Ranaweera finished in the leading group, hoping our TTT squad don't give up too much time.
Back to Zabel aiming for the green jersey.
Thanks for a great report red.

Alright Christapopoulos! Well done mate! He even tried pushing his opponent into the curb to get the win...

A bit of me is always glad to see the break win, reassuring this part of the AI works. However, I'd rather not have it on the day Bennett is second best sprinter
Congrats StaffBase, nice win

Wow that was a bit cynical from Kraftwerk, grab some intermediate sprint points then let the break take the Green Jersey points so Zabel has an easier job keeping his points lead!
Congrats to Staffbase and thanks for the report red.

Incredible! What a great result by Van Dijke, obviously i didnt expect that at all. I am glad we could score again that big and especially from one of our young riders we have great expectations in the future.
Overall the tour went like expected, except the current stage

Bit disappointing not to have anyone go for the break when we don’t have a sprinter but I guess they’re all keeping their energy for tomorrow!
Anything less than a win or 2nd to Minions would be a bitter disappointment from this TTT. Gaps unlikely to be huge but hopefully enough for Taaramae to move up to 2nd and Conci even steal a few positions.
Congrats to Ezee and thanks for an exciting report!

I'd be really happy if that was the only point I had to be disappointed about Of course, I'd also have loved to see someone join the breakaway, but unlike your team we not only did nothing on every single flat stage, but moreover went full bullshit mode in the single relevant stage of the race...
I still find it hard to explain why neither Stüssi nor Mäder could keep up with e.g. Talansky... Well, another lost race for us; we clearly are having too many of those lately. It looks like we're either dominant (Vancouver, Isle of Man) or bad to awful (Hallstatt, Apex, Monterrey, Arab, Vineyards) in the last two months. Some kind of consistency would honestly be more motivating - things are just looking too random for me lately.
Well, there's still the TTT to somewhat save the race, but I'm afraid it's too short to make some relevant gains.

We only just win the stage but well done to the team
The result also ended up being enough for Taaramae to move up to 2nd in the GC which is a great result for us! 2nd to Cattaneo is perfectly fine with me. Conci taking 11th and winning the U25s is a good lot of depth points too!
Thank you for the great reports throughout!!
Congrats to Marco and the Minions. We provide the first

Great TTT from Kraftwerk, only 11 seconds down, shout out to future TT star Ethan Vernon for helping us to that great result.
Overall a great race for us, 6th, 18th & 24th in GC, stage win & points win and third in Teams by the narrowest of margins.
Congrats to our fellow musicians and thanks for a some great reports red.

Great stage by the team, showing that our TTT core is already pretty well prepared for PCT
On the other hand, that abysmal mountain stage now hurts even more. If Stüssi had kept up with the front group - which on a good day would easily be realistic, given that even Talansky (-2 Mo) was in there - he'd be in 4th place now. I was pretty sure that we'd take a Top 10 spot here, but for whatever reason he once again completely failed a mountain stage...
So despite taking 2nd and 4th in the U25 standings (special shout-out to Cypriot loanee Matsangos!), this was another disappointing race for us. 21st and 22nd in the GC is simply not enough - not even remotely tbh.
Congrats to Marco, whose Minions really are on a roll, and thanks to red for the reports. We'll just have to find out the right bribe already for stage one the next time you report one of our races - looks like we got it right for the final day only in this one

Actually disappointed not to win the final stage
But what an amazing race. Kalaba winning a stage, Cattaneo winning a stage, the KoM and the GC. It seems the team cannot do anything wrong at the moment and I have no idea where it will end. Unfortunately Cattaneo only has Bayern left on his schedule but Dennis has plenty of races in the coming period, and if he manages to score well we might still be in the promotion hunt.
Thanks for the congratulations and thanks redordead for the reports

I know that we're not exactly the greatest team on TTTs, but damn if only we were two seconds faster we would have had Elissonde snatch a GC top 10! Congrats to Zara on the stage win and Minions on a nice overall win for Cattaneo!

Congrats to the Minions, thanks for the reports.
That was a very solid showing by Glanbia especially Talansky. Other C1 races have been a whitewash so good to show some scoring ability here
