As is stated in the table above, some riders are far more available than others. Here we'll take a deeper dive into the bargains that can be bought.

Lahcen Saber is a strong sprinter with good backup stats. He could lead sprinting for a PT or PCT team and has stage wins from two different GTs on his palmares. He could also double as a cobbles leader for a Continental team. We would be looking for either a modest cash only deal or some sort of swap that includes younger riders.

Jose Alarcon is as pure of a climber as it gets. Even after his 2nd decline his climbing ability is considerable and his acceleration is still good. With the numerous mountain races on the calendar he could easily fit into most teams and with that wage into every division. Again we would be looking for either a modest cash only deal or some sort of swap that includes younger riders.

Rajovic is another recently fully developed rider, but he is only 25 years old which still makes him eligible for the youth classification. He's an explosive sprinter with good resistance to maintain his top speed. We are in no way averse to him staying with us, but we are looking to gauge his value on the market. A decent cash offer would definitely makes us think of letting him go.
Rajovic's best results from last year (as Lvl 4 rider):
Antonijevic has only recently maxed out his stats at the ripe age of 28. He's been the very definition of developing Balkan talent and he's grown into a strong rouleur/lead out rider. Still we don't currently see an obvious place for him in our team and would be looking to sell him for a modest fee or perhaps swap for a different 50k rider.

An early update on the status in the Bar after a hectic opening of transfers last night.
We have received offers for two of our top items Lahcen Saber and Jose Alarcon. Both are close to a deal.
Havard Blikra who isn't a selling priority has a very intriguing swap deal on the table that has a decent chance of happening.
Our other two top items still firmly on the table are the Serbian duo of Dusan Rajovic and Goran Antonijevic. Both are available for modest fees or potential swap deals.
Both their info cards are in the spoiler below:

A small update as we are getting closer to the end of day 2.
Lahcen Saber and Havard Blikra are both status quo in the sense that both are lined up to get deal threads on Sunday.
We also have an offer for Jose Alarcon that will likely be considered for a deal, but we are a bit surprised we have not received more interest in him. You'll be hard pressed to find another 81 climber on a 160k wage, and who knows he might well be in your budget range.

Quick update. No significant movement on any of our deals.
The news is that we may have some lvl 1 talents coming on board in the near future and we would be looking to loan them out with 1-3 clause where you are paying all or most of the wages.
You can get in touch to discuss these deals already now. I'll be on mobile only for the next few hours, so it's easier to reach me on Skype for a discussion. But I should be back in time for deals to be posted

An update as the window for posting deals has opened.
Lahcen Saber has a cash only deal of only 400k. We would be looking for 100k increases to outbid current deal. Less than 24h for you to get an insanely cheap 81 sprinter!

Jose Alarcon has a cash only deal of only 350k. We would be looking for 50k increases to outbid current deal. This is a rider that can dominate CT and still produce a good PTS/Wage ratio in PT/PCT. Less than 24h for you to get an insanely cheap 81 climber!

The lvl 1 talent we planned for earlier is now gone. So for now loaning out is less likely, but if we acquire more of those riders then a 1-3 loan where you pay the wage is still possible.
Also a bump of our update with pending deals. Only a few hours left to compete for two 81 main stat riders!
