Agree with knockout on Kelderman, banging wage for him, not to mention Penasa too! In fact efficient and great work all around I think, things are boding well for Philips going into transfers!
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

@Fabianski: Well I guess I got a bit lucky that Penasa accepted the first low ball offer that I made. Took a bit of a chance I guess and it paid off. Wilco hasn't really lived up to his potential with us, so maybe it's time for a fresh start for him. We'll see what kind of interest he generates. You'll get the availability list by tomorrow I think, so stay tuned
@jandal: Thanks, quite happy with how the renewals went. I'll be very happy if things also bode well coming out of transfers

As the transfer window rapidly approaches, the team management takes this opportunity to present our availability list for everyone interested:
Name | Wage | Available? | Loan | Wilco Kelderman | € 400,000 | YES | | Pierre Paolo Penasa | € 240,000 | Maybe | | Kevin Inkelaar | € 220,000 | No | | Tom Van Asbroeck | € 195,000 | No | | Tom David | € 175,000 | YES | | Pascal Eenkhoorn | € 150,000 | No | | Dylan Teuns | € 130,000 | YES | | Cristian Raileanu | € 125,000 | No | | Andrew Talansky | € 100,000 | YES | | Riccardo Minali | € 100,000 | No | | Tomas Paprstka | € 70,000 | YES | | Roy Jans | € 65,000 | No | | Tom Dumoulin | € 50,000 | No | | Jasper Bovenhuis | € 50,000 | No | | Joonas Henttala | € 50,000 | No | | Ide Schelling | € 50,000 | No | PT | Jhojan Garcia | € 50,000 | YES | | Gijs Leemreize | € 50,000 | No | | Marten Kooistra | € 50,000 | No | | Steven Kalf | € 50,000 | No | |
| Name | FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | | Wilco Kelderman | 70 | 71 | 82 | 70 | 80 | 75 | 73 | 62 | 67 | 72 | 77 | 71 | 70 | | Tom David | 74 | 62 | 75 | 65 | 76 | 74 | 70 | 78 | 70 | 73 | 68 | 70 | 65 | | Dylan Teuns | 68 | 75 | 78 | 64 | 73 | 73 | 76 | 50 | 66 | 72 | 70 | 65 | 60 | | Andrew Talansky | 69 | 77 | 75 | 70 | 72 | 73 | 74 | 54 | 57 | 66 | 61 | 64 | 70 | | Tomas Paprstka | 75 | 62 | 69 | 62 | 74 | 70 | 68 | 75 | 70 | 72 | 69 | 78 | 63 | | Jhojan Garcia | 67 | 69 | 68 | 65 | 70 | 70 | 67 | 55 | 63 | 69 | 60 | 62 | 64 |
Kelderman is available. He's probably better off elsewhere going ahead. And we're bored of targeting the same races again and again.
David should be an excellent CT cobbles leader and a decent sub-top PCT leader as he displayed for us last season.
Teuns is similar to David in that regard, and should be useful either as leader in CT or as a super-domestique/sub-top leader in PCT/PT.
Talansky is a rider we are in two minds about selling but we will be listening to offers for him as well. His stats should still be very useful despite the decline.
Paprstka did excellently well in CT a couple of seasons ago in our promotion year and was an able domestique on the cobbles lasts season in PCT. He is available.
Garcia will develop into a fine all-round climber. We just don't have space in the roster for him and will be open to offers.
| Name | FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | | Pierre Paolo Penasa | 70 | 80 | 74 | 70 | 75 | 72 | 77 | 50 | 57 | 76 | 68 | 64 | 70 |
You saw what he was able to do last season despite not having the strongest of stats. Penasa could leave but it would need a satisfactorily big offer/swap.
| Name | FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | | Ide Schelling | 71 | 75 | 71 | 68 | 74 | 73 | 70 | 63 | 62 | 67 | 72 | 67 | 70 |
Schelling is available for PT loan to max out his development.
Spoiler Thank you knockout for the great tool. Makes life so much easier

Kelderman going will be bittersweet but I think maybe good for your health and stress levels Looking forward to your retooling in transfers, hope now you are in a second year in a division again you can move forward and make some positive moves!
Of course I can't not notice Tom David being available - in another window I'm sure he'd have been a top priority, but I won't rule it out completely this time either

@knockout: When have I ever had a quiet window? I'm sure we'll talk too. Looking forward to that as always.
@jandal: No kidding about Kelderman! Hope you are right and we can move forward this time And you know where to find me if you change your mind about David...

A small touch up on the jersey I gather?
Regarding transfers we might talk a bit, but we'll see how things go.

Yes, I liked last year's jersey, so only asked for minor modifications and hillis delivered perfectly on that! Always willing to talk during transfers.

Jersey looking very neat. As my Belgian/Dutch co-sponsor is looking for some regional riders to be added on the squad I suppose we might start chatting as transfers start on Friday

I guess he replaces Inkelaar as the new bright talent?
The luxury of having a regional focus in a big cycling nation

@jandal and @knockout: Yup very happy that i got him and for that agar. Fits our focus perfectly.
@redordead: Actually joins Eenkhoorn as another bright Dutch talent in the team
Well you could say that it's easy to be in a big cycling nation but there's also more competition with three other teams from the same nation and multiple others with minor focus.

And only had minor talents in the last few seasons actually. I think the last big one was Oomen like 10 seasons ago
Very good signing. Are we allowed to express what we think his best progress would be?

@Alex: Yup fair points, just that the number of talents is higher, not necessarily the quality. Off course, feel free to suggest and I will keep that in my consideration.
@cunego: Thanks Hillis did a great job keeping the jersey clean but eye catching! And very happy to get Van Dijke off course.
