Nice sixth place for Maksimov, totally unexpected to be honest. All in all he's given me a nice return for his 100k wage. Could have even been one more point if the judges didn't mistake his Russian NC jersey for Polar's jersey today Some more GC leading points in the bag as well, we're counting every point now in our biggest race before the end of the season.
Congratulations on the nice win, Eden, and thanks for the report, red!

12th is obviously below expectations for Silvestre. I suppose it can only go up from here, so that's something

Heck yeah, what a ride! We really needed that after the last rankings update. So good to get a win when we sent such a nothing team here besides Howard, I’m not sure anyone else has 70+ sprint so glad he can look after himself.
Thanks for the report!

What a performance from Jay Major! Stellar ride from the Bahmanian to at least give the team some appearance of a result. The latest rider to put his name into the training hat for the offseason.
F*ck knows what happened to Ewan, we just cannot get any luck these days.

Boudat continues to be mostly unimpressive. Someone who'd really fight for a renewal would at least try...
At least some others tried, but weren't lucky with the very aggressive peloton today. Maybe tomorrow...
Congrats to Eden, and thanks for the report.

I understand PCM20 sprints are not always the best to report, but this one especially i got very lost. Ewan specifically marked out twice as not being involved, suddenly in 4th. Can only imagine how fast he must have been finishing

Can't get the positioning right to save his life here, just too far back. Not sure why, but it is what it is. Congrats Nemo, repping the class of 2020 the best way possible

No effort there from Abdul Halil but ah well.
Job done to stay out of trouble and conserve energy in preparation for the TT.

Awww so close there, congrats Nemo! A good win.
No leadout again and another good result, looks like the way of the future. Thanks for the report!

Better, but still not good. Boudat just starting from too far behind; I guess the sprint itself was pretty OK. Yesterday 20th, today 10th - let's see what he can get on stage 5.
Really disappointed to get nobody in the breakaway, though - would definitely have been a good day to do so ^^
Tomorrow will how ever decide on whether the entire race is a success or not - definitely hope for some fair wind conditions (and a great daily form for Balloni, ofc).

Maksimov really surprising me with another great sprint. I feared 100k would be a bit too much for him, but he's definitely proven to be worth it. Now onto tomorrow, and hopefully a stage 1 repeat for Zmorka.
Thanks for the congratulations and thanks for the nice report, red.

Ouch.
That’s really poor from both Thomas and Cosnefroy dropping from 5th & 13th to 15th & 17th
Ah well. Hopefully we see some aggression tomorrow from one of our riders late in the stage although I’d imagine that’s it from a GC perspective.
Thanks for the report!!

7th is perfectly acceptable for Fiedler, not more, not less, and Rosskopf's collapse was entirely predictable. Had they switched daily form on day one, Fiedler would sit in 4th place, but oh well. Now maybe Silvestre can at least get a Top 10 in the final stage? That would be nice.
Congrats bushwackers for the stage win and Nemo for the overall And thanks for the report red!

Not the stage win we hoped for but a decent third and holding the GC lead means our promotion hunt continues. Depth itself isn't fantastic, but points-wise still very decent. Zmorka (momentarily) into fourth place in the individual rankings, and with Manninen in second I guess you could say our leaders have had a good season so far Hope we don't lose any places tomorrow, and wouldn't say no to another nice Maksimov sprint.
Congratulations to Team UBS on the stage win and thanks to red for another great TT report!

Good riders from Cheyne and especially young Bjerg! Shame their GC positions are a bit lower due to the prologue...

Thanks for the report red.
Kittel better on this stage to move up to 13th in GC but only 4 seconds off a top 10 is frustrating after his dreadful stage 1.
Congrats to bushwackers on the win.

Or, you know, he can finish 25th, that'd be fun, too ...
7th and 20th in the GC is okay, but Silvestre giving us a grand total of 16 points between Paris Tours and three flat stages here is really rough (€: I just noticed he finished 26th overall, so make that 26, but still). But with all the early season heroics, he still performed really well overall. So no hard feelings
Congrats to Polar for the stage win and Nemo for the overall, and thank you for the very nice reports throughout the week red!

Not lovely to see almost all my time trialists who had a bit of depth decided to drop outside the top-50 in a pan-flat stage. At least we have Zmorka who is a beast and saves the race for us obviously. Also big congrats to Maksimov for scoring nicely here and winning a stage.
Congratulations on the stage win to Polar. Thanks for the great reports as always, redordead!
