It’s always an interesting race, and I feel silly for not having a top rider here like I normally have.
Regarding the deadline thing. I do agree with jph. Why not just drop the part where riders risk losing EXP? I mean, even if it hurts a manager that isn’t online much, isn’t those missing this deadline usually the ones dropping out at the end of the season anyway? And for a talent to miss development due to an inactive manager only punishes those managers that have been in the fight for the talent, doesn’t it?
If the deadline was for just participating it would just be a clear Cut deadline which certainly couldn’t kill anyones motivation for missing it…
Missed deadlines clearly Cut the waters and some get pissed that principles are ignored. Stuff like that Can also lead to managers losing interest.

People crying about inflation and you think it's a bad thing that some good talents miss out on 20xp because managers cant be bothered to copy paste once a year? I'd say it would be actively beneficial to not include those riders

I won’t care to be honest. I’m just voicing my take on things. My brain doesn’t work in all black or all White like yours.

Deadlines are designed to be exactly that, black or white. Can't treat them any other way, and it's not like it's the first deadline many have missed

It seems like you have forgotten who raised this very debate for some reason. Just to throw some childish tantrum I guess.
Feel free to further discuss this if you want. I won’t have anything further.

The decision has been made anyway. There is no point in discussing it any further anyway let’s move everyone and enjoy the rest of the season
