He might have become a better puncheur during the off-season, he'll never stop attacking This time it didn't turn out very well for you, but hopefully the next time it does

I sure hope so. I do love that he attacks, a lot, but sometimes he does it at stupid times... Like in Hong Kong right now...

We had high hopes as we signed up for the Hong Kong Challenge, but after seeing the startlist our hopes went down the drain. We dreamt of stage wins, but did not even get close. On to the next one.

It seems certain leaders are building their form right now. Maybe later in the year some great results would pop up. |

The first race, ever, we had the number one favorite before the flagged dropped. We stayed on it until the finish, but Eiking couldn't out sprint the others. A vast improvement from the blow up that kick off our season.

The first proper test for our GC team this year. Salinas made it known he has to be taken serious this year. With the support of Roson, Ã…svold and Martin he took 2 stages, the points classification with Avelino in second and 4th overal.

Really good couple of races for you in San José and Tachira! Fingers crossed that Eiking continues in that direction after a rocky start.

Eiking starts to find his legs. Hopefully, Chaves can challenge him in a head-to-head battle in some of the upcoming races (where they meet, of course). I would love to see that!
Congratulations on the results at Tachira! |

We sent our GC team with both Salinas and Roson. They had a strong supporting cast, in the mountains. We choose not to bring a strong time trailing squad, and we learned the hard way that it pays to race against the clock better then the next guy. However, Avelino was close to a race win, and had couple of strong finishes. Also, Roson locked in a top 10 in the GC. On to the next!

We hoped for at least a stage win. Didn't go our way, at all. On to the next. March should be a better month for the team.

We came here hoping for a stage win, either by the clock, a sprint or a late attack. We got the latter. Eiking forced his way out of the leading group on the final climb, and rode into yellow and a win. The day after, he didn't have the legs to defend the GC lead against a quick Izagirre who ended up winning. We also got Daniel in the top 10, with his 6th place finish. All in all, very pleased.

We got another great example of why we want Eiking to attack and go solo, rather then sprinting with a group. 10th.

2nd in GC and good points scored on several stages. Appollonio doing work and surfing the wheels like a seasoned pro. Thumbs up!

Great to see fellow CT teams doing well against PCT competition at C1 level. Appollonio definitely a seasoned pro and showing it!

@Luis Leon Sanchez: Cheers broski! So far so good. I need Eiking to step up in the C2 and C2HC races though. We need that promotion.
@TinxiaS: Cheers 100% - Hopefully he continues to show up for the rest of the year!

2nd. So close to all the glory. Old man Boswell got us on the line. On to the next one. In our quest for hill domination.
