RE: stat gains for talents from disbanding teams:
Cees Bol got a stat upgrade alongside his XP level increase, while all the other talents did not and are heavily stunted in their progression.
Is that intentional or a work in progress, and if it is the latter, what general direction can we expect things to go?
Are we leaning towards just treating 2020 as a lost year for the affected talents who can still end up at the same level as before, just a season later? Or will they effectively lose an entire level of stat gains and lose their opportunity at becoming leaders.
In short.
Basically talents from teams that commented till the end and maybe even responded to the stat gains for upped.
Talents from teams disbanding far earlier mid season or early season got no stat gains. They often got upped +1 in level though making them having kind of a missed development year. This means indeed some can't reach their formerly best without training. While level 1 talents might just be -1 in stats, some older will indeed finish a bit more under their former max.
As talents are still getting added, l there will be enough other l options.
IF e.g. new teams or even new aimed regions feel under represent where such talents got his by that, they might still get their stat gains before transfers when having a full picture of the final dB. |

Btw, will rider limits stay the same? I guess they will, but it's still better to know before renewals

Good question and I will check tomorrow and make the thread before sending out any renewals. |

What about goals and budgets? When will they come up down the road? Or when the full calendar is unveiled?

Goals and then budget follow closely to full calendar which is in the final steps. |

They remain the same as last year.
Though not yet 100 % decided but quite likely that the minimum number of C2 race days for PCT teams is going up a little bit. From 6 to 10 or 12 probably but this is yet to be decided, but definitely in between 6-12. |

Perhaps off topic, but regarding stat limits for PCT in C2 races. Any intention to increase the limit to a max 76 stat (TT, PR, CB)?

To clarify any misunderstandings with limits, rider limits, stat limits etc.
I just write the Info thread and will define it there closer.
The PCT in C2 stat limit will indeed be a little bit reduced from 77 to 76 in the above mentioned areas. |
