Explaination of the Problem/Bug: I noticed in both the ITT included in the PCM.Daily for the Giro Ciclistico d'Italia U23 that after about twenty cyclists started the no other cyclists will start the ITT and the race cannot be completed

The problem in this case is that sometimes the game doesn't give a shit if a rider is already registered to a race and will sometimes switch him to another.
So in your case, the 21st rider (who doesn't appear and makes the race stop) will be appearing at another race.
You've got 2 options: edit him back into the race or simulate the TT.
Problem/Bug: Peloton stops pacing whenever there is an intermediate sprint just before or on the finish line ~5-10 km
Explanation of the Problem/Bug: The breakaway will win if they are not yet caught or if you attack they will not follow

Problem/Bug: Losing time on a podium finish
Explanation: I finished 2nd on stage but somehow lost 2 seconds instead of gaining 6 seconds time bonus(The stage winner, 3rd and the intermediate sprint winners gain time though so I'm the only one that lost time)
Reproducibility: Happened only once at the 2nd stage of Dominican Republic 2.2 race (rare)

Problem/Bug: Two equipment (wheel) suppliers
Explaination of the Problem/Bug: Two wheel suppliers in Career mode. At start of new season, receive email that cannot be deleted/moved past regarding R&D for a wheel supplier. I do not have a contract with this wheel supplier.
Reproducibility (always/sometimes/random/Not tried to reproduce/unable to reproduce): Cannot progress further through game. Email cannot be deleted and cannot confirm R&D as no contract with wheel supplier.

I have a weird problem with a custom DB that I created out of the daily DB 2023 for a story game being played in PCM 20.
When I try to play GTs, it modifies the number of stages in the GT to 35, assigns the computed date and the assigned variant in the Stages table till stage 7. The race works fine till stage 7 but then doesn't load the stages for the other stages. Editing the save game DB by adding the computed date and stage names causes the save game to stop loading.
I have tried with different variants for the GTs but the same problem is happening every time. Haven't had this problem so far in stage races, even for those longer than 10 stages.
