Cuban National Road Race Championship Ecuadorian National Road Race Championship Mexican National Road Race Championship Venezuelan National Road Race Championship
Four American countries host with a small number of professionals join forces to save budget and have an exciting race on this hilly parcours. Cuba is a battle of the Minions Marcos and Martinez against former Minion Bru and national treasure Granjel Cabrera. Ecuador is Cepeda Hernandez versus Narvaez. Mexico is an exciting battle between De Luna, Lemus Davila, Prado and Ulloa, while the four participants from Venezuela are Abreu, Abreu, Canelon and Monsalve.
Prado places an attack on the penultimate hill. Abreu, Marcos and Bru attempt to follow.
Of these, only Prado manages to remain away after the downhill, the chasing pack reduced to all professionals and a handful of lucky locals. No one is willing to set chase, meaning the Mexican has a thirty-second gap with seven kilometer to go.
And they wouldn't manage to catch him. Ignacio Jesus Prado wins the race and the Mexican Championship!
Yonathan Monsalve sprints to second place, and takes the Venezuelan Championship. Third place and the Cuban Championship goes to Fulgencio Bru, giving his former team a lesson.
Down in the pack, Jhonatan Narvaez is the first Ecuadorian to cross the line in seventh, three places ahead of his only rival in the race.

Cuban National Time Trial Championship Ecuadorian National Time Trial Championship Mexican National Time Trial Championship Venezuelan National Time Trial Championship
Neither Ecuadorian is particularly good at the time trial, Cuba seems a foregone conclusion while both Mexico and Venezuela could end up close.
Despite not being the fastest overall, Jhonatan Narvaez is two minutes faster than Cepeda Hernandez which entitles him to wear the Ecuadorian jersey in all races.
The Cuban championship goes to Yasmani Martinez for the millionth time, washing away the bitter aftertaste from the road race.
Prado attempts to do the double, and is the two minutes faster than Martinez to take the lead of all twelve finishers so far.
While Venezuela was branded as could be close, Jorge Abreu disagrees and beats Monsalve by over a minute. The UBS rider is also three seconds faster than Prado to take the overall lead.
But Flavio De Luna spoils the party for both, beating the Venezuelan by one second to the combined victory and his fellow Mexican by four seconds.
