Thanks for testing, then that is what we'll do. The trims are not ideal, but not too bad in the grand scheme of things, I guess.

Damn. Thanks for making us aware of this, the massive amount of new regen names I referenced earlier that we used for our 2020 Expansion Pack are indeed not in the local anymore, which is pretty weird. But we're definitely going to include them in the upcoming update then, yes!
The update will come out later this week!
Great, the countries where this is the case are Austria, Norway, Estonia, Kazachstan, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Sweden, Ireland and the UK in my career

We have just released a mini-update to the update that includes new favorite races for some riders (e.g. Giro for Damiano Caruso) as well as two changes to rider stats recently proposed in our stat discussion thread (Evenepoel -cobbles, Vlasov +flat&TT). Everyone downloading the update after this post gets those things with the regular download, for those who have the Update already installed and would like to have them, too, click here to download the new cdb file and simply put it in the Mod/PCM.Daily 2021 DB folder in My Documents.

You can find it in Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 20xx/Cloud/username/

Hey guys. Bit of a weird one from me. So basically everytime I enter PCM, the game overwrites everything and the original DB is there, instead of your update.
I bought the game this morning and I've put everything in the right places. Then I went and subscribed to other DB's on the workshop.
When I go to start a new career, the original DB comes back. It's fine after I replace it but can't quit the game. However, when I quit and enter again the original DB is there again with all the fake names. I've tried to put all the files again and replace everything but this still happens.
How can I solve this? I reckon I need to disable something on Steam or something but can't figure what it is. |

If it's PCM 2020 you're talking about, then I believe replacing the db-file in your Steam folder should work. It's located in Steam\steamapps\common\Pro Cycling Manager 2020\Database.
If you're talking about PCM 2021, then I'm afraid this database won't work. |

It's 20 yeah.
If I replace it, it only works when I'm with the game open and then replace it. If I close the game after that and then open it I've to do it again. It's not a massive issue but it's just annoying having to do it every time I start the game. |

Just to make sure I understand correctly, our DB shows up as one of the alternatives when starting a race or a career, but when you select it, it still shows the original stats and fake names etc.? Are the teams we added in there?
Or do you choose the official release DB expecting our DB? That's how we had done it in the past, but this time, we have created a separate folder for our DB to put into the PCM folder in My Documents, which makes it so the game displays our DB as a unique option to choose from. To me, it kind of sounds like you only extracted the files to the Steam folder, not to My Documents.

Yep, that was it, I should pay more attention haha. I had put everything in the documents folder but I was used to choose the official release in the past, didn't even look at the other options. Sorted now, cheers |

For some reason, the first (flat) stage of Tour of Taiwan gives KoM points to the winner. My sprinter is leader in the KoM ranking despite my climber grabbing all the KoM points on stage 2... 
Also, is there a way to find out in the database in which races you're more likely to get a wildcard as a PCT team?
Some of them are just like in real life, Uno-X getting a wildcard for Amstel, Rally for Tour de Suisse... So this makes me believe there's a way to define this in the database, right?

Awesome work as always. However, I'm not sure if this problem is present in PCM2021 DB as well but in PCM20 in your marvelous database the leaders' jerseys of Vuelta San Juan are missing.

However, I have a problem that I had already encountered in 2020DB: I cannot run the TT in Tour de Savoie Mont Blanc; it looks like someone is missing and noone starts after him. I could SIM it but lose my XP... |

I delete complete game and installed all again, but same problem with the helmets for most of teams, they appear common white in Jumbo, Ineos, TRek, Bahrein, DQS, etc
anyone?

Hey.
Stage 4 of Le Tour de Savoie Mont Blanc, Châtel-Châtel (ITT). Pro Cyclist Mode. Only the following riders participate in the stage:
After that, nothing happens. I guess it's a bug?
Also: can you apply an update or hotfix to an existing savegame, or do you need to start a new game?
