Fantastic race in Romandie
Thanks didn't I told you you just need to be patient and I hope you will get it to (win)

Congrats on a very successful Tour de Romandie, especially your first win! Very cool to check that off the list and in such a high profile race (for CT teams) as well.
Thanks, I men it was already time to get one haha
One worry less and more relaxed race and days hehe

Congratz on a great Romandie indeed. Perfect gif for Mezgec' win
The KoM as an extra is definitely nice as well, both of those hopefully bringing you back in contention for a top-10 on the rankings
Haha gif do you mean this one ''boom'' or the other one haha the first one is definitely the perfect one for this occasion
After bad luck in the first four months, I'm not sure if I can come to the top 10 but I would be happy to be quite close and that from now on is going better from results view

TOUR DU FASO
1. stage, Tour du Faso
This race was one of our wishes to perform better but 1.st stage was a big disappointment from Thomas Geraint who came as our leade to this race.
Soon after the start first five riders and our Munoz went into a breakaway. A couple of minutes later there were already three groups and we had in each group one rider. 1. group Munoz, 2. group Primožič and in 3. group is Knox.
Until the first intermediate sprint second and third groups were caught by the peloton and the first group had a small gap from the peloton where was our Munoz.
Before the next intermediate finish, our Munoz was back in a peloton and there were only two riders with a small gap in the front of the peloton.
on the only cobbled section, our leader Thomas Geraint lost touch with the front of the peloton around 10km, and until 5km to go he had a gap to the first riders already.
around 4.5km Maes attacked and won the stage with a 40sec lead to the peloton.
Our Abraha finished in 18th place and our leader G. was in the second group with a 3min gap.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2. stage, Tour du Faso
This stage was a sprinting one in which we had Sasha Modolo as our leader.
Jaka Primožič tried to go into breakaway after the start but all riders were caught immediately.
1km to go Modolo was safely hidden in Peloton for the sprint.
Our rider Modolo was at the and with good sprint close but good enough for third
place which is still an extremely good result for him.
Igor Boev won 2nd stage!

TOUR DU FASO
3.stage, Tour di Faso - Great stage for Abraha!
Last and most important day of this race.
100km Thomas and Abraha were both together in the second group behind the leaders of other teams.
Thomas was already a lot behind in the middle of the race but Abraha was surprisingly still in the first group.
At the second intermediate sprint, it was only 13 riders in a front group and our Abraha was in between.
Thomas was at that time 6min behind the first group.
Baugnies went into the short attack in the last 18km and mad almost split in the first group where was Abaraha in the second part of this group but they all made it back before 10km to go.
In the last ten km, it came to different attacks but Baugnies was the strongest one.
Abraha tries to hold the position around the top 10.
In the end, Baugnies was the strongest one and managed to win the race and our Abraha finished on 9th place in the stage and overall which is a success for our team and a disappointment on the other side from Thomas Geraint situation with 15min loss of time after winning.

MALOPOLSKI WYSCIG
Malopolski Wyscig was the race that we didn't expect anything or any points.
It's started with breakaway and our Sotberg was in but he couldn't follow the rest of the riders and he was soon in the peloton again.
One of our riders Manfred was in trouble immediately after the start as he is not feeling good at cobbles sections.
27km to go Thomas was dropped from peloton!
In the last few km, we didn't have any riders in the front or in the peloton which meant that there won't be any points for our team at this race.
Marcos Altur won the race and almost lapped the riders that were in a front of him just before the finish.
Resulta:
1 | Marcos Altur | Podium Ambition | 6h03'16 | 2 | Kenneth Vanbilsen | Lierse SK - Pizza Ullo PCTeam | + 33 | 3 | Ruben Zepuntke | Minions | s.t. | ------ | 42 | Geraint Thomas | Trans Cycling Team | + 6'22 | 61 | Tesfay Abraha | Trans Cycling Team | + 9'34 | 88 | Sascha Modolo | Trans Cycling Team | + 11'56 | 142 | Andre Sotberg | Trans Cycling Team | + 30'45 | 146 | Jaka Primozic | Trans Cycling Team | + 32'56 | 166 | Mohammad Ganjkhanlou | Trans Cycling Team | + 52'24 | 174 | James Knox | Trans Cycling Team | + 1h12'23 |

Yeah haha, I was a bit surprised by the number of sprinters because I thought it will be more of them but it was definitely better for my Salleh that he managed to get a few points hahaha

TOUR OF VANCOUVER
1. stage
This was one of the races in the C2HC calendar which is for us most important.
As we don't have any ITT mountain specialist the overall wasn't our goal.
Our best was Jonathan Camargo at 32. place with +49 behind Vadim Ratiy.
In the U25 classification, Tadej Pogačar managed to finish in 7th place behind Suranga Ranaweera for +1'10.
2. stage
Soon after the start group of 31 riders managed to escaped and we had three and Modolo as our sprint leader.
In the last 30km, it came to different attacks and in the last kilometer, it was around 20 riders and we still had two!
In the last 500m to the finish, Sasha Modolo managed to start sprinting with 6 other riders
WHO IS THE WINNER?
It's SASCHA MODOLO from Trans Cycling Team!!!!!!!!
This is our second stage win!!!!
He was specifically chosen only for this stage because of his speed and hill experiences and power.
3. stage
At the start, we didn't have anyone in a front of the race in a breakaway group but at the and we still had our Sascha Modolo sprinter hidden.
For the sprint, Modolo wasn't in the best position but at the and he managed to finish in amazing 4th place!!!!!
4. stage
From the start, our Hardy and Ignatiev were in a breakaway.
On a second climb, the group started falling apart and both of our riders in a front returned to the peloton.
At the and we didn't had anyone in a front.
Our best was Romain Hardy on 41. a place with a +9'38'' gap from Thibaut Pinot who won the stage.
5. stage
This day didn't finish on our wishes. as we didn't have anyone in a front and Sascha Modolo was a bit tired and he finished on 16. place.
6. stage
Ignatiev was again in a breakaway part of 10 riders.
Our Ignatiev went into an attack with two other riders but they were soon caught by a breakaway group that they were part of before.
In the last 7km, Ignatiev went again to attack on the last incredibly hard mountain Zoe Peak.
Group had more than 4 minutes gap to the peloton but they started it losing quickly.
In the last 5km, the group was caught and Suranga Ranaweera managed to win the stage.
7. stage
This was the first TTT stage at C2HC where we could see how strong we are in reality without first TT squad.
They managed to surprise and set 2nd time in the first split after 10 teams and 7th after20 teams but in the second part, they managed even better and at the end, they finished on amazingly 6th place!

Dear TinxiaS
You may have noticed that I have always ignored your team so far, and not even congratulated you on your great wins. Which is definitely unsportsmanlike, I agree. And I'd like to apologize for this.
Obviously, this is directly linked to me not agreeing with the philosophy your team is based on, and this will likely never change. Nonetheless, I will give my best and try to view your team just as "a team", without any of the stuff I link it with in my mind. And to view you as a competitor, instead of someone behind whom I just see his political views.
And so, I'd like to congratulate you on some very clever transfer decisions you made, and congrats for especially your sprinters doing so well lately. And I wish you good luck for the rest of the season, be it in MG or ICL.
You can hate me for having a different opinion than you, or treat me as whatever you want, but on my side I'll try to live good sportsmanship from now on.
Cheers,
Fab

Hei Fabianski,
Thanks for the congrats and no worries I even didn't recognize who congratulated me and who did not and it's totally no worries.
Why I named my team with this story. Yes, I'm trans but at the time when the new season started, I was working on this project and didn't have any other idea to put as a team.
I completely understand you and respect and it's good that everyone is having their view on this or any other topic.
The only thing at the end after I named my team is that yeah I'm not interested to change minds just to respect us and from my perspective, I just want to live my life as normal and without any worries from attacks outside...
Thanks again for the message and congrats on your great results too.

MONTERREY TT
This was the race that we came to only to get new experiences and hope to get a nice result.
Between the race, the Minions team caught us, and with racing next to each other they gave us big ''support'' to improve and finish much higher compared to what would otherwise be.
We need to thanks the Minions team that we finished on high for us 10th place.
Who knows why stronger team Minions rode part of the race with us. Maybe it was the reason all bananas in pockets for extra energy. But without their support, we wouldn't be that high.
Results:
1 | DK - SVA Zalgiris | 1h06'43 | 2 | Duolingo | + 7 | 3 | Repsol - Netflix | + 23 | 4 | Polar | + 26 | 5 | Minions | + 33 | 6 | Azteca - NBCSN | + 50 | 7 | Mapei | + 1'25 | 8 | Berg Cycles | + 1'29 | 9 | Project: Africa | + 1'47 | 10 | Trans Cycling Team | + 2'43 | 11 | Glanbia Foods Cycling Project | + 3'14 | 12 | Team Popo4Ever p/b Nemiroff | + 3'33 | 13 | Gjensidige Pro Cycling Team | + 4'22 | 14 | Andorra Cycling Project | + 4'39 | 15 | Control Team | + 38'05 |
CLASICO SAN CRISTOBAL
This was the race from which we didn't expect anything as our hill leader didn't have a good season this year.
After few riders managed to escapes the peloton split in two groups and our leader Barbin was in the first 36 riders group which became 22 riders group around 55km to the finish.
Both groups managed to come together with no breakaways but and there were again 21 riders who managed to escape.
We had Barbin and Venter this time in this group.
In the end, Daniel Hoelgaard won this race, and Barbin surprisingly finished in 5th place this race after the season he had!
GC:
1 | Daniel Hoelgaard | Tryg - Ritter Sport | 4h59'50 | 2 | Wilco Kelderman | Philips | s.t. | 3 | Christopher Juul-Jensen | Carlsberg - Danske Bank | + 29 | ------ | 5 | Enrico Barbin | Trans Cycling Team | + 37 | 20 | Luka Pibernik | Trans Cycling Team | + 3'45 | 24 | Jaco Venter | Trans Cycling Team | + 3'59 | 84 | Jaka Primozic | Trans Cycling Team | + 10'10 | 110 | Mohammad Ganjkhanlou | Trans Cycling Team | + 11'25 | 115 | Jonathan Camargo | Trans Cycling Team | + 13'31 | 116 | Andre Sotberg | Trans Cycling Team | + 13'53 | 139 | Geraint Thomas | Trans Cycling Team | + 25'30 |

Mezgec is having a very good season. Those are 3 good races for you there. A top 10 ranking finish still looks well within reach

We had plenty of bananas so decided to share them with you in Monterrey, would be such a waste if we had to throw them away

Seems like your team is always in for something special Couldn't believe my eyes in Monterrey when i saw that double team time trial, while Barbin also had a great day in Cuba It must feel very nice if you have a leader finally perform well after some weak performances, congratulations.

TORSHAVN GP
It's the type of the rece that should suit Barbin but he didn't have a good day again instead our best was Sasha Modolo on only 22 places.
TOUR DE LANGKAWI
Our sprinter Salleh had a chance to show his best time to his home fans in Malaysia. With first ITT 2.2km long he did an amazing job and finished in 4th place, Rok Korošec was in 11place, and Ignatiev in 17th place.
In the second stage, we didn't have anyone in the break but we had reserved Salleh for a sprint but it's just wasn't his day after the lead out that Korošec and Ignatiev made for him he finished in 11th place.
In the third stage, we didn't have any expectations as it was classified as a mountain stage.
Salleh took two intermediate sprints.
Jonathan Camargo finished in 30th place as highest from our team.
The fourth stage was perfect for Salleh and a new chance for a great result instead he finished in 10th place!
In the fifth stage, Hardy went twice into attack and breakaway but he was caught from peloton both him and his work finished perfectly Jaco Venter on 8th place.
Ignatiev and Korošec once more prepared led out for Salleh in the sixth stage but they started with lead-out too soon and one km Salleh was sprinting full on which was enough for only 8th place and on 9th place was Rok Korošec.
In seventh place, Salleh finally finished closer to the top 3 and it was enough for 5th place.
Overall disappointing race for our sprint leader but in the end, he was second in the points classification. and Tadej Pogačar finished in third place in the U25 classification.
KENYA MOUNTAIN CLASSIC
In Kenya, we knew that it wasn't our day and especially not G. Thomases who suffered from 140km till the end of the race as the last rider.
Our Sotberw joined a breakaway but everyone were caught around 16km to the finish line.
We apologize to GT to put him on the wrong race as we will try to do our best next season.
Romany Hardy finished as highest in classification on 42nd place. Geraint Thomas was hard last with an extra hour, 2 minutes, and 10 seconds behind the leader.
VILNUS GP
Our team finally performed great on TTT. Our goal was top 10 but they finished in 6th place.
USA PRO CYCLING CHALLENGE
On the first day of USA Challenge, it was a day of Barbin who took a few points on intermediate sprints and 5 points on KOM.
In the second stage, Ganjkhanlou went into breakaway but they were soon back in the peloton. A few km later Barbin went into attack again and took a few KOM points.
The third stage was nothing special no one in a break and Ignatiev our best on only 26th place.
The last fourth day was reserved for short ITT where Ingantiev performed the best of our team and finished in 21st place and overall ob 23rd place.
Barbin took KOM classification with 10 points.
BENELUX CHALLENGE
In the first two stages, we didn't have big expectations our best was Barbin on the second day in 17th place.
On the third day, Sasha Modolo finished in 7th place and Barbin in 13th place.
In the fourth stage, our Knox was in a breakaway until the cobbled section where he suffered. Our best was Modolo in only 40th place.
In the fifth stage, Knox and Manfredi were in the breakaway. Manfredi finished in 11th place.
In the last stage, Salleh finished in 6th place and MOdolo in 8th place.
TOUR DE VINEYARDS
Our best on the ITT stage were not surprisingly Andre Steensen in 11th place and Mikhail Ignatiev in 14th place.
In the second stage, Luka Mezgec finished on 5th place and Salleh in 8th place.
In the third stage, Ignatiev took a couple of KOOM and intermediate points.
Camargo and Pogačar finished highest from our riders on 19th and 20th place.
Salleh took an intermediate sprint and finished in 4th place and Luka Mezgec in 6th place.
Salleh finally performed much better with the result that was expected from him! He was second.
The Sixt stage was nothing special for us only 16th place for Luka Mezgec.
The team finished in great 5th place.
At the and Salleh finished second in the points classification and Pogačar third in U25 classification.
TOUR D'ANDORRA
This race was a disappointment for our team. Hardy and Assaholin were in a breakaway on the first day and took some points from the intermediate sprint but that was all that we can mention from this race.
We hope next month will be better from the results perspective.

1ST SEASON FOR TRANS CYCLING TEAM IS FINISHED
The first season can be sometimes harder but sometimes to be competitive and improve in next seasons can be even harder but we hope that with a new sponsor and some new riders will come better times for our team.
We did a lot of mistakes by putting some riders on the races that are definitely not for them. For the first, we need to apologize to the G. who was chosen for the race that wasn't suited for his form and experiences but he did showed his combativeness and motivation and inspired our young talents special in the Kenya race.
With what kinda experiences we had before the first season we aren't disappointed but for the next season, we hope to do much better planning riders for their appropriate races.
Our team finished on 14th place in CT standing after this season:
1 | | | Carrefour - ESPN | 2138 | 2 | | | Carlsberg - Danske Bank | 2120 | 3 | | | Philips | 2115 | 14 | | | Trans Cycling Team | 975 |
Our best rider was sprinter Mohamed Harrif Salleh in 23rd place with 269 points.
58. place Luka Mezgec 133pt | 74. Enrico Barbin 95pt | 77. Mikhail Ignatiev 94pt | 93. Romain Hardy 73pt | 116. Tadej Pogacar 50pt | 124. Sascha Modolo 49pt | 137. Geraint Thomas 44pt | 166. Rok Korosec 30pt | 170. Jaco Venter 29pt | 174. Tesfay Abraha 28pt | 202. Jonathan Camargo 20pt | 209. Andre Steensen 19pt | 252. Jaka Primozic 12pt | 261. Cristian Munoz 10pt | 270. Luka Pibernik 8pt | 287. James Knox 6pt | 319. Mohammad Ganjkhanlou 3pt | 321. Konan Daniel Assaholin 3pt |
Part of not reaching the success that we hoped was the planning but part it was on the riders themselves.
The riders that disappointed us this year were Enrico Barbin who was the leader for hill stages but his performance wasn't stable across this season and he had big ups and downs this season.
From our mountain leader Romain Hardy we hoped for a few better performances but still, he got a few nice results.
Luka Mezgec is definitely the most bright spot in this season. On a PCT level, he couldn't perform as bright as wished. This year he was like a reborn rider. Even that his career because of age is going to the and he was the first rider to win any race or stage in our team this year. Thank you Luka again!
For next season we will completely change our team and with a new sponsor is come a new cycling kit made by the_hoyle.
Our goals for last season were:
[C2HC] Betonexpressz GP Top 10 (2nd Mikhail Ignatiev)
[C2HC] Zuri Metzgete Top 5 (11th Enrico Barbin)
[C2] GP Izola Win (10th Enrico Barbin)
[C2] Frankfurt Eschborn Top 5 (4th Luka Mezgec)
CT Team Standings Top 10 (14th)
Depend on the races but maybe we will accept a rider or two on a loan to develop their experiences and to go a level higher.
It's time to start a new chapter and new season with new mascots.
