Don't think 20 is much better though, maybe a little. I believe breakaways are less likely to succeed, I think that is better and means the peloton has more energy left at the end But have seen others who thought they went too far and made it too hard for a breakaway to succeed.

I have seen some instances in 20 where a team with multiple riders in a small group will try and use their advantage by taking turns to attack. Don't think that happened in other version.

I don't play career mode much but if you are focused on race AI I don't see a strong reason to upgrade.
