I posted my problem in 2019 tech forum, but since the game doesn't change in this regard:
I had a glitch in the final TT stage where it hung up on a rider when he was in the gatehouse. He just never comes out though the stage keeps running with those already on course.
So I found he was showing he was in another race, apparently he withdrew this one but something happened. Anyway I put him back in and it worked fine, but now he wins the race because of time where he missed a stage or 2.
How do I remove him completely from the race? Which table do I need to edit that has the riders list and standing in?
Any help would be very appreciated.
(It is a 4 stage race and he raced the first 2 stages but not the 3rd, and something must have gone wrong with his withdraw because he is still expected in start house. In the cyclist table it showed him in another race, but just switching him back to this one makes him win the race since he did not accumulate time for stage 3.

Never mind - it is in DYN_CLASSIFICATION_RACE in case anyone has this problem. Just delete the riders records for that race ONLY, and then in the cyclist table make sure he is removed from race.
This is a pretty large BS. It happened to me too a couple of times where riders missed the final stage of Coppi e Bartali to race the U23 Gent-Wevelgem (which is called Kattekoers in the game and is an elite men's 1.2 race, but that's another problem in itself).
No rider's calendar should make them ride more than one race concurrently.

I was worried that the problem would keep happening, but it seems to be a one time glitch so far, thankfully.
I have this problem but don't understand the solution, can anyone help?
Where is DYN_CLASSIFICATION_RACE, I was expecting to find a config file to modify but can't find it anywhere.

Hey I am glad you solved it!
Yes simming the stage or race will get you past the problem. I didn't want to, but probably should just done it, because I was playing in Pro cyclist mode and would have lost a nice chunk of xp. But next time I am just hitting sim.
