Big win for Contador, well deserved! Polanc 1 place below our hopes, but still a solid result in 6th. Thanks for all the reports Shonak!

Let's go! Amazing result for us! That's why we signed Contador and it has completely paid off!
Let's see what happens the rest of the season but don't really expect much more good results from now on for us.

Zollinger you beautiful man.
First (and hopefully not last) win in the WT for us, which ends 3 consecuitive and very successful breakaway days for us. Even funnier is the fact that we sent a different rider every day. That was probably also why Zollinger managed to beat De Gendt as he must have been a lot more tired from all these breakaways because normally Zollinger would not have had a chance.
As I way secretly hoping, Caruso manged to overtake Boswell in the TT but with De Gendt jumping him he remains in 8th, which is still a very good result for him, so I'm pleased with that. Cimolai was a bit disappointing but I guess I couldn't really expect more from a 77Sp rider. All in all the results were above expectations so I'm really content with the Giro even though we probably didn't earn that many points.
Congrats to Sevilla on a dominant win and thanks Shonak for all these results!

Wow, that was actually something interesting to see! Our depth payed off. 1st in team classification, TVG winning last stage and finishing on 4th position in GC. Very good race for CCC and we needed those points. So glad sending Van Garderen to Giro was good idea.
Thanks for reports! Amazing job! |

Disappointing race, Rolland more than a half hour down without a major attack and also not very active in the break. It was our worst GC squad of the season anyway so expectations weren't high but I had hoped for better. Thanks Shonak!

Results for Sochi and Fjords posted with the first match up between Nibs and Quintana, the two big favs for their respective GTs.

Good performance from Ruben Fernandez in his very first race for Aviva, top 10 just about guaranteed already. Great breakaway performance from Simon on stage 2, our first ever WT KOM jersey, I believe, if only for a day. Could be a great GC result for him. But Tao Hart was a total disappointment, losing 7'43'' on the queen stage, ouch. And the TTT was rather bad, too.

Did Wackermann crash? So frustrating to lose the GC or at least the GC podium like that.

Sorry, really don't know what happened to a rider in a random race that was raced a month ago. He could have crashed or just missed the selection on the hills but given the performance on third stage thats rather unlikely.

No worries, didn't realise how much of a backlog there was. Thanks

Bad TTT in Sochi as expected. Our riders have been active in the breaks after that and hope that continues in the remaining stages. Maybe Parra and Meijers can push for a Top 20 finish.

One stage for Nibali, one for Quintana is fair. Shame I can't compete with Argos' stacked TTT squad.
Interesting result in Fjords with the hilly stage not being very selective. |

Looks like Goos crashed in the flat Sochi stage, and wtf is Van Poppel doing this year? Definitely not out year.
Thanks for the reports!
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Sochi and the Tour des Fjords both went pretty ok with Silvestre being very consistent around 6-7th place in the sprints. 15th as best GC result in both races is also probably about as expected so it could have definitely been worse.
Thanks for all these results again Shonak!

Great race in Sochi from our boys. I paid a decent sum for Ruben Fernandez, but he immediately justifies it, 6th in his first race, awesome. Also a nice result for Simon (17th). But I'm embarrassed about the points for Tao Hart, the intermediate sprints on stage 5 must have been supercharged. I have to mention a negative as well, the reigning British TT champion Dowsett was 53rd in the ITT! That's just unacceptable.
Schorn and Van der Sande poor in the Race Horizon Park, instead Cuming somehow sprinted himself into 10th. Garcia is our only U23 rider who scored any points so far and it'll probably remain that way for the rest of the season. When's scouting starting, Bikex?

Back to kvetching about Mullen in the TTs. As he again loses by a 20+ second margin to a rider with a significantly lower TT value (Ooomen). Also lost to Sergeant but at least he is closer to Mullen. Annoying to have the best TT rider in the division and not be able to win any stages.
Deep sigh. We'll get them next time.

Yes, it's a known issue unfortunately that PCM15 has quite random TT results
