Can you determine the strategy of the AI teams in race mode?

hi

I am trying to do a tournament with some friends where each one drafts the riders it wants in their team and edit the teams accordingly in the database with the editor.

Then, I would "play" the race with a neutral team and would keep all riders in automatic mode the whole stage.

The idea was that each team before the stage could apply their own tactic: leader to ride if there is a breakaway, ride for the mountain points, etc. But i do not know if any of that can be done by, for example editing the database.

Anyone can help with this?
