We started out as Statoil Pro Cycling, with a solid American backing from Mobil & 7-Eleven. With the rough mountain terrain feautered up front on our jersey, we wanted to show our strength in our first season. We went winless.
With both Mobil & 7-Eleven gone after the first season. We entered the second season with the knife to our necks and a new name: Equinor Pro Cycling Team. We needed results, and we needed them now. After securing Eiking in our very first off-season, he was now even closer to his potential as he spent the second season at Minions. With Eikings abscense we picked up Modolo in the off season aswell as Teklit. Our very first win came at the hands of Taborre and then Teklit made it 2 in 1 year for us. And with two whole seasons under our belt. We are now ready to attack the 3rd off-season with a solid plan.

After a rather slow start to the first two years of the team. Someone, who shall remain nameless, have leaked an overview from the team managers office of riders who will potenially be available this off-season. Either for loans or sale. If this information is trustworty, remains to be seen. But here is the list that has been leaked.

Looks like you're setting up for a lot of churn this transfer season. Hoping to see you come out stronger at the end of this rebuild.
Also, stylish looking jersey you've got there!

Like the post says, it's not a final list. It's just rumours.

According to the DB Eiking is on a 100K wage, while you write him up at 140K. Maybe check that? 140K would be too much to potentially take him on, while 100K could be of interest to us.
Hoem might be interesting for us too though

Some good riders up for sale, I hope your dealings come off. The bigger string of victories could be just around the corner. Good luck

Classico San Cristobal The first race of the season for us, and we came to win. We are starting the season showing off our strength in the hillier terrain. The Squad will be lead by our historical signing, Sven Erik Bystrøm. Role | Last name | First name | Key Stat | Leader | Bystrom | Sven Erik | 79 | Domestique | Rovny | Ivan | 76 | Domestique | Zingle | Romain | 77 | Domestique | Molard | Rudy | 75 | Domestique | Mehr-Wenige | Dietmar | 78 | Domestique | Bugge | Vegard Robinson | 75 | Domestique | Kangangi | Suleiman | 73 | Domestique | De Clercq | Bart | 72 |
Vuelta al Tachira We are sending Mehr-Wenige as the captain to Tachira with a group of young guys to see what we can grab. Not high hopes for big scoring here, but hopeful to get something at least. Role | Last name | First name | Key Stat | Leader | Mehr-Wenige | Dietmar | 78 | Domestique | Lagab | Azzeddine | 75 | Domestique | Quispe | Alain | 78 | Domestique | Waersted | Syver | 69 | Domestique | Quicibal | Romeo | 78 | Domestique | Kurianov | Stepan | 72 | Domestique | Townsend | Rory | 72 |
Great Ocean Road Classic The first look at our sprinter squad this season. As we are sending the Turkish fastman Carsi to Australia to fight for the win along side Vingerling and Manarelli. We are rather hopeful this time around as we visit Australia for the first time in 2019. Role | Last name | First name | Key Stat | Leader | Carsi | Mustafa | 80 | Domestique | Rovny | Ivan | 76 | Domestique | Molard | Rudy | 75 | Domestique | Ratto | Daniele | 79 | Domestique | Vingerling | Michael | 79 | Domestique | De Clercq | Bart | 72 | Domestique | Kangangi | Suleiman | 76 | Domestique | Manarelli | Carlos Alexandre | 79 |

Classico San Cristobal We came to Cuba with high hopes of a strong start to our season. The first part of the race went as we had hoped. With us controling the break with the help of Euskaltel. Entering the last part of the race, we had our captain Bystrøm right were we wanted him to be. It all came down to a sprint, and Bystrøm simply did not have the legs. All in all we are pleased with a 5th and 9th as we leave Cuba behind us for 2019. Role | Last name | First name | Result | Leader | Bystrom | Sven Erik | 5 | Domestique | Rovny | Ivan | 71 | Domestique | Zingle | Romain | 59 | Domestique | Molard | Rudy | 58 | Domestique | Mehr-Wenige | Dietmar | 9 | Domestique | Bugge | Vegard Robinson | 38 | Domestique | Kangangi | Suleiman | 100 | Domestique | De Clercq | Bart | 33 |

Vuelta al Tachira We came to Tachira hoping for a stage win with Dietmar. However, we came close with a second place after an awesome day in the break for Quicbal. He even spent a few days in White during the 10 days. All in all, we are a bit let down from the lack of punch from Dietmar on the last day. But we are pleased with our willingness to attack and go into the breaks. Role | Last name | First name | Result | Leader | Mehr-Wenige | Dietmar | 82 | Domestique | Lagab | Azzeddine | 99 | Domestique | Quispe | Alain | 139 | Domestique | Waersted | Syver | 117 | Domestique | Quicibal | Romeo | 108 | Domestique | Kurianov | Stepan | 102 | Domestique | Townsend | Rory | 134 |

Great Ocean Road Classic What a major let down. Coming into this race with higher then normal hopes, we got a major smack in our faces. Hoping to see the white and black train dominate in the last K's. We got to see complete chaos and a break winning the day. Not good enough, as we expect much more from our sprint squad in future races. Role | Last name | First name | Result | Leader | Carsi | Mustafa | 9 | Domestique | Rovny | Ivan | 48 | Domestique | Molard | Rudy | 108 | Domestique | Ratto | Daniele | 51 | Domestique | Vingerling | Michael | 62 | Domestique | De Clercq | Bart | 95 | Domestique | Kangangi | Suleiman | 23 | Domestique | Manarelli | Carlos Alexandre | 77 |

Tour de Langkawi The second stage race of the season will kick off our February campaign. We are sending the duo of sprinters in Vingerling and Manarelli. They will get the support of the roulers Quispe and Quicibal, who had a great race in Tachira. We are looking to be active in breaks and sprints. Role | Last name | First name | Key Stat | Leader | Vingerling | Michael | 79 | Domestique | Manarelli | Carlos Alexandre | 79 | Domestique | Ratto | Daniele | 79 | Domestique | De Clercq | Bart | 72 | Domestique | Quispe | Alain | 78 | Domestique | Waersted | Syver | 69 | Domestique | Quicibal | Romeo | 78 | Domestique | Townsend | Rory | 72 |
Gisborne GP The first goal of the season for us, as we are coming to Gisborne for a win. We are ten toes down with our best hill squad as we are putting our hopes in the hands of Bystrøm. Role | Last name | First name | Key Stat | Leader | Bystrom | Sven Erik | 79 | Domestique | Rovny | Ivan | 76 | Domestique | Zingle | Romain | 77 | Domestique | Molard | Rudy | 75 | Domestique | Mehr-Wenige | Dietmar | 78 | Domestique | De Clercq | Bart | 72 | Domestique | Bugge | Vegard Robinson | 75 | Domestique | Kangangi | Suleiman | 76 |
Hong Kong Challenge The same squad we are sending to Gisborne will be defending our honor in Hong Kong. Hopefully we will be arriving in Hong Kong with a win from Gisborne in our bag. If not, we are looking for redemption in Hong Kong. Role | Last name | First name | Key Stat | Leader | Bystrom | Sven Erik | 79 | Domestique | Rovny | Ivan | 76 | Domestique | Zingle | Romain | 77 | Domestique | Molard | Rudy | 75 | Domestique | Mehr-Wenige | Dietmar | 78 | Domestique | De Clercq | Bart | 72 | Domestique | Bugge | Vegard Robinson | 75 | Domestique | Kangangi | Suleiman | 76 |

Tour de Langkawi The lack of the teams willingness to create a proper leadout train for Vingerling was sad to see. We devoted a large part of our thought to be lead out trains race days without any signs of a train. However, Quispe, Quicibal and Waersted went hard for the breaks the entire stage race. Which was a postive sign. Also worth noting, was Barts efforts in the GC. Finishing 15th. Role | Last name | First name | Result | Leader | Vingerling | Michael | 109 | Domestique | Manarelli | Carlos Alexandre | 124 | Domestique | Ratto | Daniele | 119 | Domestique | De Clercq | Bart | 15 | Domestique | Quispe | Alain | 123 | Domestique | Waersted | Syver | 79 | Domestique | Quicibal | Romeo | 89 | Domestique | Townsend | Rory | 113 |
