The CT division has now their race planners in the dropbox folder.
PCT manager need to wait a bit until the wildcard process is finished.
The Race Planner now includes your race selection and gives you the opportunity to fill your rider squads for those. As it`s individual planners, please only add to those races shown and don`t start to add numbers to hidden race coloumns, as you don`t take part there and would make it just more difficult for us.
Instructions
1. From the DB take the ID, rider names, and race day allowances (of your division!), and add them to the planner file.
2. If you're planning on training, add it to the DB, run the macro (CTRL+SHIFT+O) and take the updated race day allowance!
Then your race planner is ready to go.
General race planner instructions (Recommended for new or forgetful managers)
Spoiler This will look something like this:
To fill in a rider's schedule, put a 1 in the column for each race you want them to ride. It should look something like this:
Note: This planner is simply an example, nothing 2019 season related
Column EP and Cells A/D3 will warn you if you have sent a rider to more races than they have race days for. This updates automatically.
Column ES and Cells A/D2 will warn you if a rider is being sent to more than one race at the same time. This only updates when you click the 'Check Race Clashes' button. Once you have clicked that button, wait until a Text Box prompt appears telling you that the check has been completed. You can also check which races clash in the Calendar excel file, or in the Race Profiles forum.
Rows 36 and 37 show how many riders you have sent to a race. The team size is 8 for every race except some of the TT classics, which are 3 maximum. Remember that you must send at least 6 riders to each races to participate in those.
PCT teams should remember the limits on rider strength for lineups they send to C2 races.
Alternatives
If you can't open .xlsm files, an .xls version can be provided - without any of the macros.
The planner should give you all needed information if you made a mistake such as too many or too few riders in a race, if spending too many race days or if using a rider in a clashing race (once clicking the macro button there).
Submitting
When completed, upload to dropbox with the same name as uploaded "PCT_TeamName" or "CT_TeamName" and PM ManGame-Admin to say it is there. |

Would this announcement make it relatively safe to assume that if you've had no admin contact, submitted C1/C2 calendar options have been successfully allocated without need for change? I may be jumping the gun with this thought process I acknowledge!
Asking as I would rather not make wildcard decisions before a confirmed calendar if there is potential for needing to select other C1/C2 races that would therefore create crazy clashes with wildcard picks.

Let`s make it short.
PCT Planners are rather safe for you too assume it`s your selections indeed. Just waiting for wildcards to send them out. |

I get an error on several riders in the "rays day used" column. No one has too many race days though.
Have I done something wrong? |

Hard to talk to every specific case, but my personal experience in previous seasons was that the sheet was right, even when I thought it was wrong until I really dissected things, picking through with a fine tooth-comb!
Not necessarily the most helpful response, sorry.

It seems to be okay when I count, so that shouldn't be it.
Could it be, that it gives the error "too many race days" when it's really race day clashes? |

It was race clashes. It just flagged the wrong thing. |

I started to send out PCT race planners as well now.
Several teams should now find them in their dropbox.
Please check if there are no race mistakes, but normally they should match your C1C2 race selections.
If you don`t have a planner yet, please don`t ask for it here. They will come asap. Some teams still need their transfer sheets checked and/or wildcards also must still be checked. |

Can I please get a reminder on what the limits for PCT teams in C2 races are, don't want to make a mistake in my planner.

The restrictions on riders they can enter into C2 races will be adjusted, to make more riders available. It will now be a maximum OVL of 74.49, with stat restrictions on Cobbles and TT having a max of 77 in any of those categories in races that feature this terrain. |

Is there a stat limit on other terrains or is it just average?

Just realised that if I'd have picked C2 stage races I could still have sent Gabby, looks like I've missed out on those extra points by only selecting C2 Classics.

I was nearly done with my race planner. Then the draft happened. Now I have to delete everything and start over. I know other people might be able to do it in other ways, but I simply can't :/ |

The draft wasn't something that just suddenly happened...

Yeah come on mate
We all knew the draft was going to happen at the start of transfers so it could be easily planned for.

As far as I understand the rules, I can go to a race with only 7 (or even 6) riders, right? The field below is red and it says "N", but I guess it should still be OK. |

Yes. For most races, except ITT classics, you can have 6, 7 or 8 riders.
