Small advice to all second year managers (also to others): It is super helpful if you include a pic of the whole squad (all stats + wages) either in your HQ or your transfer center. Much easier to see if one should be interested in your riders

Hoping this year that the temper tantrums and flame-like rage posts diminish both here and particularly on Skype (where they seemed to migrate last year). Of course feel free to display your frustration, but please moderate your language, a comic tone is of course welcome. Breathe for a second or two before hitting send!
