After winning the Pro Tour 3 times back-to-back, last season saw the team undergo a major reconstruction, where team leaders Simon Spilak, Jerome Coppel and Tom David left the team, and was largely replaced by riders already within the team. Despite having a major quality cut-back the team fought well to finish a respectable 3rd in the Pro Tour Division, making it 4 times in a row to achieve podium. This season, french sponsor Dexia is no longer at the team.
Instead the Greek government, represented by OAKA - a greek sporting analytics centre have partnered up with the ongoing sponsor, Festina. This also means that a new heavy focus on Greek cycling have to be made. Fortunately the team is already capable of showing a large number of greek talents.

Hehe that definately depends who you are looking to sign  - I won't go solely for my nationalistic targets. I have never seen that as a viable plan, but obviously I would like to add some greek and french riders to the team - but seeing riders like Bar and Barbier on the list of possible sales objects it won't be just because of their nationality.
As of now I have a VERY long list of interesting riders

I think I have earned the reputation of being after every unmaxed rider in the DB, so tough luck.
No but seriously, it's always better to signal interest in too many riders than too few, you'll learn about the unpredicatability of transfer season and the need to have prepared plans A to about O yourself soon.
I saw your focus is Swiss and Italian, a good idea to avoid losing the battle over your potential leaders to me is to just buy one of the Italians available on my team.

Sounds good that some of these riders call upon some interest! Don't mind budgets, I won't necessarily be targeting just money offers! As our team could undergo a drastic change swap deals could have quite some interest aswell

Michail Mavrikakis is 25 years old and the biggest greek climbing talent ever. Despite being a climber his path can go in different directions. This, however is the path we believe will suit him the best.

Aimiliano Vila is 22 years old, and a designated puncheur. On the steep short ramps he may well be the best greek rider ever, but he's slightly limited on the longer climbs. That said, he's fairly quick and have decent physical traits to help him with that.

Farantakis has enjoyed the past two seasons with us as a stagiare, but after having cut him from the team we have seen marvellous progress. In particular in his training methods and motivation. We never doubted his potential, but right now it seems like he actually may meet expectations. Also Farantakis could be headed different ways, but we believe this is something down the line of his progression.
