I made a test version for the 2018 game.

This version should be able to open all tables in the PCM 2018 databases as well as the local.cdb

To unpack this archive, you need a tool like 7-zip, which can be downloaded for free: https://www.7-zip...

To run this editor, you need to have Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1 or higher installed.

I think I'm doing something really stupid here...

Do I need to have the program installed in a specific folder? I can't find a way to select the database I want to open.

Where do you struggle?
After you started my editor, click the star and then "Extract cdb"
Now you have to find the file you want to extract.

If you want to edit your save, then it would be: Documents\PCM2018\Cloud\your name\

Sorry, the struggle is with my brain, not your editor! Thank you for the advice, it works perfectly and is a great help.
