Not too surprised of that. It seems to be a quite logical next step after your efforts of the past few years and the post in the rider suggestion thread already indicated that it would continue that way. The interesting decisions will be once you have to decide between pushing greek riders and more success driven options but sometimes these might go hand in hand too

Indeed... Maybe it all comes together, but if I want my greek riders to be the actual leaders of the team in the future I need to let go of some resultorientated management, which will be difficult. Obviously I'll be training riders based on maximizing potential pointscoring rather than by heart, but still in terms of greek riders. Maybe not from the upcoming season - I haven't decided yet, but then certainly from the next.
If we are to move to a new game I would probably wait and see which stats have what effect instead of wasting a ton of money on making a sprint-poor Kastrantas slightly better or making a climbing-weak TT'er like Vlatos better.
Could be worth the wait to get one of the next in line up - which unfortunately could take a couple of seasons.
