Teams allowed in U-23 races

Still playing with PCM 2017.

I'm doing a fisrt year in Pro Cyclist mode and wanted to race the Volta a Portugal do Futuro (U-23 race)...

I know that the race happens in early July and when signing new contracts i already have the list of participating teams but who assures that one of the continental teams that joins in 1st year, will do it in next years (due to aging of their riders).

How can i know which teams are allowed to participate in the U-23 races available (not refering to the ones that are locked to national teams)?

I know that the development teams are, but how o i see which others?

Seems Axeon and Wiggins are allowed...

I don't have a real answer for that. I'm just looking at a save game in Lachi's editor and it's true that some teams sign up for these Cont22U races, the U23 teams probably get first pick and then... no idea. But your rider will outgrow such a race quickly anyway, I wouldn't base who I sign up for just for that.

Thanks for the quick answer Ripley

I know he will outgrow that kind of race very quickly (probably even in first season) but it is one of those personal goal that make the game fun for me, winning all the home country races...

And probably those available U-23 monuments...

And to do that either i have the luck of the development teams hiring me (not very likely) or find one of those teams that despite being Continental can do those races.

all teams who have at least 4 riders under 23 are eligible.

Then that's why no portuguese teams are allowed (only 2/3 U-23 even with me as a pro cyclist)

cause I just said you need at least 4, and then it depends on team's calendar
