Hey there. I can see on my variants when i have a look, that i barely have any variants below the world tour, so if any of you know of any variants some where then please let me know 
Also Tour of Turkey and Abu Dhabi Tour is also very welcomed

I think '17 stages are all compatible with '18, so you can download the PCM '17 DB sure that has some.
Also for '17 I updated and packaged up some older ones, that are not in the '17 PCM DB here:
