I was told that in the past it often was difficult to keep track of what's going on in ICL and when managers have to do what. I tried to link that in the Downloads thread, but it apparently wasn't really noted and I also often didn't keep it up to date.
Here I'll make a chronological list of the tasks that are to perform during the (off)season and will also post the instructions below.
I'll keep the list up to date and mark what tasks are active, so you quickly can check what you have to do in case you are unsure.
Below are posts with the most recent information for each step as written by Bikex (so if it says "send to me" it refers to him). However, you will need to read what Bikex posts in the general thread, there might be changes from last season, assignments handed in to another member, etc.

This is the first part of transfers, the season officially starts for all teams. You can offer riders, that rode for another team in the season before, a contract. The rider will sign for you if the offered wage is (a lot) higher than what his current team would pay him.
But the current team of a cyclist will always have the first chance to sign the cyclist for next season. In the time of renewals the rider will demand a wage close to the one offered by the other team. If you agree you block the tries of a steal, if you don't accept the rider will leave the team to the highest bidding other team. The wage the rider will demand will be 0% - 20% less then the highest offer for a steal. It also depends on the riders loyalty (=years in team). NEW: You can now also offer a few riders of your team more right away, so they won't listen to any outside offers. They'll demand 20% more in renewals.
How does the file work:
#1: Put your team ID into cell C2 in the "Start" tab. You'll find it in the "Budget" tab along with your budget for the season.
#2: Choose a strategy by puting 1, 2 or 3 into C4. Depending on your choice you can do a different amount of allowed Offers and Blocks.
Strategies
# Offers
# Blocks
1
Diplomatic
4
6
2
Balanced
5
5
3
Aggressive
7
3
For new teams the "Aggressive" approach is the most useful, as they don't have a team to protect.
#3: In the "Blocks" Tab mark in column X who you want to block from outside offers.
#4: In the "Offers" tab put your offers into the AK column.
#5 Send me columns A-D of the "PM" table
Important: You are not allowed to put offers on more than 2 riders of the same team.
If you want to use all your possible options you'll have to pay a small fee. For the last two Blocks you have to pay 50 and 100. For the last two Offers (lowest two) 7,5% and 15% of what you are offering.
Please keep your budget in mind. The stealing shouldn't be the main part of transfers it's only to give people a chance to sign a rider they think would be perfect for their team.
This is how the renewals work: A rider demands a certain wage of you. You can then decide whether you want to accept that wage and re-sign him for the next season, don't prolong his contract or wait. You have three chances to make an offer before the negotiations end.
How does the file work:
1 Put in C3 your team ID. If you forgot it, check it in table "teams".
2 In column H the riders current wage is listed in row I the minimum wage that has to be paid. In column K you see the demand of the rider. In the cell on the left of that you usually see a 0. Only exception being an "IN" if you signed the rider during Scouting.
3 In N you make your first offers. If you agree to the wage the rider wants just write it there. If you want to make an offer with a lower wage than put in there how much you offer instead. If you want the rider to leave the team put a 0. If you want to wait with negotiations to a later round put a "W" in there.
4 In row 2 you see how much budget you'd have left with your offers.
5 If you made your offers go to "PM" copy for round 1 cells B-C and send them to me in a table. In round 2 you will send me F-G and in round 3 J-K.
6 After sending me a pm you will get an answer from me asap with the riders reactions. Go to "Renewals" sort the riders after their ID and put the list you get into row R for round 1, for round 2 that'd be row S and for round 3 row T. If a rider is out the list will tell you "OUT", if the rider agrees to your offer it will say "IN". If you didn't reach the min wage he'd accept you will either get 1,2 or 3 +. If it's only one the lowest wage he'd accept is within 50. If there are 2 then it is between 50 and 100 and with three + it is more than 100 away.
7 If you get +s back then you can continue negotiations in column O (round 2) and column P (round 3). If you get back an "IN" or "OUT" then you can't continue negotiations as you already came to an agreement with the rider.
8 If you didn't come to an agreement with the rider after 3 rounds then he'll leave the team.
9 You are not allowed to be over your budget after Renewals. It also counts as being over budget if you can't sign enough riders with the lowest possible min wage of 100 anymore. The numbers in the renewals file take that into account.
Mediator
Some Teams have put some money in last season's research into mediator. In the spoiler below you can see how much. With each mediator unit you can lower the minimum a rider would accept by 5-15 (One unit costed 10). Just tell me when sending in the first renewals round on which rider(s) you want to spend your mediator.

The transfer sheet will help you to keep track of transfers in general and your actions on the market.
Transfer Mechanics
Unlike in earlier seasons the transfer market is now continously open, you are able to perform any transfer actions at any time. At the end of each round (exact time still to be announced) an update is posted with information on negotiations with free agents and trades between teams.
1. Free Agents
You can send in bids on still available Free Agents at any time of the transfer season. Bids include a minimum value that you want to offer the rider but also a maximum that determines the most you'd like to offer him.
Once having received bids a Free Agent will publicly announce what the leading offer is and after which round he is going to accept the leading offer.
The leading offer is the one by the team that made the highest maximum bid. The value of it is the second highest maximum bid +5. If two teams bid the same max amount, it will be randomly decided where the riders signs. Then at the moment of the transfer update, you do not know whether you are in the lead, as the updates are anonymous.
The round the rider will accept a bid is determined by a decreasing minimum the rider will accept on each round (also given in the transfer sheet), but will be at least one round after the update. So e.g. if the rider states his leading bid after initial round 0, he'll sign the earliest sign after round 1 is completed. Until then other teams are free to offer larger(!) bids to the rider.
If the leading team changes, the rider will not sign and make a new update at the end of the round stating the new leading bid. If the team with the leading bid does not change (even if the bid is increased), the rider will sign for that team at the end of the round. If a rider was stating that he would sign a contract at the end of the current round for the third round in a row, he will sign for the highest bid at the end of the round regardless.
There are two ways to make bids on free agents:
1. Bid on a single free agent
2. Send in a ranked list of free agents (a.k. signing directives) of which the first possible option will be bid on. These lists are limited to a size of 5 to prevent them being abused.
Bids can always include a maximum regardless of whether option 1 or 2 was used.
2. Trades
Trade Deals between different teams will be posted in a seperate thread. Trades will be made possible as soon as this thread is opened.
There a two ways to do a transfer deal:
2.1 Deals
Deals can be negotiated between managers in private, one manager posts the deal the other confirms.
2.2 Auctions
A manager can put a rider up for auction with a minimum fee he'd accept. Other managers can post bids on that rider (pure money bids, but also bids including other riders are allowed). The manager having put up the rider can then decide to accept one of the offers.
Transfer Sheet Guide
Start by entering your team ID into C2 in "Start". In case you have forgotten it, you can find it in tab "Teams". You'll get an overview of all important transfer information you need. In case you want to keep something back for Research and Scouting enter it in C6 & C7 (Information: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread...st_1188170 -> #6 & #7)
After the end of a round, an update will be posted including tables which can be copied into your transfer sheet to keep it up to date. The DB in the "DB" tab will be kept up to date according to the tables pasted into "Paste". You have the option to mark riders using the "Note" column.
1. Free Agents Bids
To place bids on Free Agents go to the "FABids" tab. Next to each rider there are some information about them. Column D is automatically updated. You can bid on riders that have an "-" here. In L there is the min wage and in M the minimum the rider would accept on the current round. What value will be here, if it's not the min wage, can be checked in columns R-Z. Information about a possible leading bid and when the rider is going to accept it are stated in columns N and O.
If you want to place a bid on a rider place it into column P (It has to be at least the min wage but can be lower than the value in column M "Today" ). If you want to add a maximum put that into column Q, if not you can leave that empty. When done send in columns C-F of the "FA PM" tab.
2. Signing Directives
The second option to sign free agents is via lists. To compile such a list go to the tab "Signing Directives". Before entering riders start by giving a list a name. This is only needed for the reference in the "FA Overview" tab. Add riders to the list by entering their IDs into the respective column. Bid and potential maximum (can be left empty again) will go into those columns. In the "St" column it will be shown for which rider in the list you are currently making an offer for ("O" ). Also if a rider is already signed by another team or your bid was not enough ("X" ). For lower riders on the list it is also shown if another team has a leading bid on them currently ("-" ).
When done send me columns I-M of the "FA PM" tab. Always send in all of your active signing directives.
I recommend adding maximums for riders in the list, as if there is a tie you might miss out and don't know.
In case of all submissions of tables from the "FA PM" tab I recommend always sending the entire table also including potential older bids. They will be recognized by me and disregarded. You are also allowed to change any offers at any time, except if you are leading non a rider you are not allowed to withdraw an offer.
3. FA Overview
This tab should give you an overview on your actions on the Free Agency market. On the left there is a table with all your Free Agent bids and on the right of the Signing directives and their current status. You can also see here if you lead on a rider with a tie. The displayed budget already includes all the bids that you are leading in. The Min value gives the worst case scenario in case you need to pay the maximum of all bids you made.
Don't change anything in this table.
Also generally never offer a rider the amount that is already the leading bid on him. Your bid will miss out but the transfer sheet doesn't know that.
4. Transfers
To enter transfers in your transfers sheet go to the "TransferDeals" tab. There is already a Riders Out and Riders In table prepared. You only need to add the riders ID and fee received. In case of a transfer including several riders, add the riders to the specific column and in case a fee is paid you only need to add it to the corresponding side.
To keep your transfer sheet updated follow these instructions:
The transfer update will contain two tables, one for the signed free agents, one for trades.
Go to the paste tab in your Transfer Sheet, post the FA table into B1 and the transfer table into H1. This will update the tabs of your transfer sheet. Bids you placed on riders won't be used in the actual calculations. New updates will also go into these cells, they should overwrite the older ones.
Important Rules
1. After transfers are done you'll need to have signed your minimum amount of riders. Team with an U23 teams will have to have at least 8 eligible riders under contract (AVG <= 72.0; Age <= 23). New: 1 rider with max AVG 73.5 and one more with max AVG 73.0, both still max 23 years old. Be within your budget when transfers have ended.
2. You are not allowed to sell riders you have signed previously in this transfer season. You only are allowed to use them in riders swap, in which you are not gaining any money. Both sides have to provide the reason in a written statement via PM, why they have signed a rider you do not plan on keeping and reserve ourselves the right to also invalidate these kind of deals.
3. Only bid a multiple of five. If you don't your bid will be changed to the next smaller multiple of five.
4. In case you want to sack any riders, you are allowed to fire up to 5 riders. For the first 3 you'll have to pay a fine of 50% of the riders wage, for the next two 75%.
Transfer Schedule
A specific schedule will still be decided. The first rounds will get more time than latter ones. Especially for the first one, I want everyone to have a chance to send something in, so it should be at least a week. Transfers between teams will be possible from round 1 onwards, you are allowed to discuss them already though.

Please open the last db and sort the riders by their team, copy your entire team and paste it in cell A1 (the red one). Then open the table U23 selection. There you'll see all your riders listed, next to them there is a field either colored red, green, yellow or orange. If it's red the rider isn't eligible for your U23 team, if it's green, yellow or orange the rider is. The field will be orange if the rider has an average of over 73 and yellow if over 72. You are allowed to have two riders above AVG 72, one with max AVG 73 and one with max AVG 73.5. Select the riders by filling something in cell F. If all boxes in column L turn green your selection is okay.
Your U23 team needs 8-10 riders.
When done send me (Bikex) columns A-G of the U23 Selection table.

#1 Enter your team ID in C2 your remaining budget will show up in the Total cell
#2 Put in F2 the money you want to keep for scouting, for both scouting and research you'll get a 100 bonus for each. The 100 bonus for research is already included in the Total calculation.
#3 Put the money you want to use for training into the corresponding cell, the Other cell will calculate itself.
Training
Additionally to the points a rider will naturaly gain you can add some through research. You can research on nine different training options. The result of research will be "packages" of stat gains. Researching for a specific rider type can bring you gains in all the stats that aren't 0 in the specific package type. One package will be used for only one rider. You can research a maximum of four packages of every type.
The numbers in cells C-O are the likeliness that you will get points for that specific stat.
You can use this tool to check how much a stat pack can get you: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread...st_1381708
The included database is not up to date, by now you'll find the basestat tabs in the latest db update.
To research on a rider type simply put the money you want to use next to it (columns P-S). You can spend money on as many rider types you like to. If you want to have several packages for one type of rider, so that you can spend it on several riders, also put numbers in the lines below "2,3,4".
The more you spend for one package the higher is the chance to get a lot of points. There is no minimum to be spent, but below 20 it can happen that there are no points at all awarded.
One gained point doesn't equal one stat point. The higher the stat, the more points have to be paid for the stat. Rules for assigning statpacks:
There are limits in all the main stats, which currently may not be passed by a rider. The limits are 83(MO) and 82(HI, TT, CB, SP). For riders with an AVG 78,0 or more, a statpack that costed more than 100 can only be spent, if it fits the rider stats distribution. Meaning a climber package on a climber and so on and on an AVG 78+ climber can e.g. only a sprinter package which was max 100 paid for. The same counts for riders 76,0 or better with stat packs that costed more than 250. The specialization can be interpreted loosely so a classics rider might be allowed to get stat packs for hills, cobbles and sprint. It's just to prevent too extreme stat combinations.
However, I still reserve myself the right to intervene if a rider will become to strong to my liking.
A max of 3 packages can be used on one rider.
Other
In other you have the option to use the research money in 6 different fields: Potential
Will increase the potential of a rider according to the potential package you bought. Mediator
Can be used to lower wages during renewals. Makes it a good way to pass money into the next season. Fitness Trainer
Makes it possible to increase a riders race days. These can not be combined, so only one Fitness Trainer per rider. Potion of Youth
Increases the Age of Decline of a rider. If you want to increase the AoD by several years, you have to buy all the years in between. Recalc
Recalc can be useful if a rider obviously doesn't progress anymore and it might seem like a low reached avg for his potential. Using this the hidden maximum for the rider will be randomly recalculated. This could end up as a waste of money.
To buy one of these researches for one rider put a 1 into cell next to it. You can buy each package an unlimited amount of times, for that just put a higher number than 1 there.
AoD 31+
For sub-top riders you can from this year on buy AoD packages cheaper. This is only possible if the rider is already 31 or older (not developing anymore). If you want such a AoD package go to the "AoD 31+" table. Enter the AVG of the rider as well as the year you want to buy for him (1-4 with 1 being the first added year to the Age of Decline).
Once you are done go to "PM" and copy the grey area in a table and send it to me (Bikex).
If you want to buy an AoD package from the AoD 31+ table, also send me the table from that tab in the PM.
To help you decide how much you want to spend on your stat packs, I created this tool.
There are two helpful tabs included: Basestats#2 shows an extended basestat db where you can also see how much every rider is missing to improve in each of their stats. Statpacks helps you calculate how much you should invest. There are two features:
1. In "Needed" you can put how much a certain rider is missing in a stat that you want to improve and in "Points" put how much points a certain statpack provides in that stat. When done that you get three values ranging from low to high. Low is the minimum with that you can possibly get the desired statpoints and High is the value you need to pay to be 100% certain to get them.
2. If you change the value "Price" you see the three tables updating. They show how much points each statpack awards at minimum (MIN), maximum (MAX) and a middle value (MID).
Disclaimer: The final results you get in a statpack are not equally distributed. Usually you don't have to fear to get the minimum available points, especially if you are spending much.

Please PM me the names or IDs of the riders you want to use Potion of Youth, Fitness Trainer, Recalc and Potential on.
Training
To assign Training packs, download this file: https://www.mediafire.com/file/pe7cje....xlsx/file
How the file works:
#1 Copy columns A-E of your riders out of the DB and post them in the table TEAM in A2. Next to them there will now your riders stats appear.
#2 In the table Statpacks you will find your statpacks. There is a column "ID" post there the ID of the cyclist that you'd like to get the boost. In TEAM the stats will be updated and you can check what changed.
#3 Send me columns B+C of your statpacks out of the table statpacks.
As a little help you can go to the table StatsNew and in columns S-AE you'll see how much points of every stat for a rider are missing to improve the stat by 1.

Please download the Race selection file for the division your team is in and follow the following steps. Managers with also a development team will also have to download one for the U23 team. The calendar file is included in the selection files.
How does the file work?
#1 Put your team ID in L1. You find your team ID in table teams.
#2 Select the races you want to take part in by putting an "X" in column F next to the race.
#3 It is possible to finish with up to 5 more or less race days used than the required amount.
#4 Copy columns H, where it also says PM and send them to me in a PM.
WT teams have 225 race days of which they already spend 180 on WT races. The rest will be in CT. The teams have the option to ride up to 15 CT.2 racedays. Restrictions for riders riding in CT races can be read here: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....st_1188170 at point #3.
CT teams have 175 race days which will majorly be used on CT.1 and CT.2 races. They are also allowed to apply for wildcards for WT races. But the WT races they apply for aren't allowed to have more than 50 racedays combined.
U23 teams have 90 race days. This season we have a record of 30 U23 teams, this means it is not possible for all U23 teams to ride all U23 races. Hence, you can ride at maximum 40 U23 race days, minimum 30. U23 teams that finished as top 16 U23 team in the prestige ranking last year get priority. Afterwards regional focus and rider specialization are deciding. Besides U23 races, U23 teams can ride CT.1 and CT.2 races. Here at least 6 race days have to be spent in CT.1 races, maximum 25. U23 teams are not allowed to participate in clashing races. CT.2 races are already put on the calendar the way they don't clash with U23 races, but when assigning CT.1 races, you have to take care.
Individual Rankings
There will be minor rankings for every terrain type. All combined will be the World Cup.

Important notice for everyone: Usually I want you to send me (Bikex) PMs in table format. This time please don't do that. Just copy the PM column and paste it without any formation into the Message Box. If you put it in table brackets the 0s will be removed meaning I won't get your race selections correctly.

#1 Open the DB and copy/paste your entire team in the tab "Riders". Replace the example riders that are there.
#2 Go to tab "Teams". Look for the column with your team IDs in it. Copy that column. Go to "Selected Races" and paste it in G1, overwrite "Selected?". In "Races" you now see all your races listed and also race clashes, please remember them.
#3 Now onto the actual Planning: In "Planning", you'll see your riders listed aswell as the races. First press the "Clashes" button to have clashing races marked, also unnecessary cells will be hidden. You can sort the riders by name, remaining race days and their stats that are shown there, simply by pressing the buttons on top. If you want a rider to take part in a race put a 1 in the according cell.
#4 Try to send full teams to all races you are taking part in. In row 3 you see how much riders are needed.
Pressing the clashes button will hide unneeded cells and mark the clashes below.
Rules:
#1 Every rider has to race at least 20 race days and not more than written in the DB.
#2 Riders are not allowed to take part in clashing races, please remember that.
#3 You have to send full teams to WT races and a minimum of 5 riders to CT races, if you can't manage to do that pm me and we'll find a solution.
#4 WT teams regulations in CT races can be found here: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....st_1188170
The "Check" button will show if any rider is planned for clashing races. In case you go over the max allowed race days or send a rider to a race he is not allowed to take part in there will also a field turn red.
When done, please upload the file this time and send a link.
Send Race Planners please to OZrockerEdited by Ripley on 18-06-2022 08:02
Please send in 5 focus races. How you perform in these races have an influence on your budget for next season. Within these races has to be at least two stage races and two one-day races. You are free to choose from every race you are participating in, no matter if WT or CT team/race. Depending on how much points you score in the focus race you get money added or removed from next season's budget. The TdF can bring the biggest bonus in budget, but when failed it can also give the biggest minus. After that there are monuments/other GTs, WT, CT.1, CT.2 races in that order. This task has only to be done for your main team, not the U23 team.

This is how Scouting works:
You sign scouts and send them to different regions. After each round you get a scouting update from them including data about talents they found there. After that you can change the instructions for the scouts, depending on if you want to send him somewhere else or it is possible to focus on specific talents they found. Meaning that the report on them will be much more accurate than before.
In total there will be 10 rounds (= # of racing months). From round 8 on you are allowed to sign precontracts with riders you have found for the upcoming season.
After the 10th round closes there will be the U21 World Championships.
Likely there will be two signing rounds again like last season (after rounds 7 and 10)
Scouts
Before we can get started, you'll have to sign scouts. Please download this file for creating your Scouts: https://www.mediafire.com/file/kzpub1....xlsx/file
Start by entering your team ID in the respective cell. As always you'll find it in the "Teams" tab. Your budget and IDs for your scouts will appear. Fill in as many scouts as you'd like to sign. You can freely choose Name and nationality, they won't have any influence. The interesting cells are Quantity (= how many riders a Scout finds) and Quality (= How good the reports on them are). Both can take values from 1 to 3. The cost of a scout is their added values * 20. So the cheapest scout costs 40 the most expensive 120.
When done send me the entire table including the scouts please. I'll then set up a personalized spreadsheet in which you will do your scouting and send you the link.
Due to the Scouting Packages that are sold independent from your Scouts work, it is not necessarily recommended to use up all your money for scouts. In a scouting package you get to see the full stats and potential of 5 riders. There will be sold different types of packs with different probabilities. Buying packs with money is a lot more of a gamble than investing in Scouts. Also scouts can uncover the full stats of a limited number of the riders they found depending on their quality attribute (NEW!).
Scouting Regions
Another thing that can already be done is determining Scouting regions. Of course you can send a Scout to a single country, but some teams have focus on regions that include several countries. If you want to add a Scouting Region please do that here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/...sp=sharing
This is the same file as last season, as you can see some had their fun in there.
I have added an example of the "Baltic States" at the bottom. If you want to have a scouting region added, please just expand the list. Enter a name for the region and the 3 letter codes of all countries(max 10) you want to include next to it.
If the region makes sense I'll approve it. There is some stuff to consider: The countries you add do have to have a connection. You can't for example add a region including Peru and Taiwan.
You can't make a region too big, by including many bigger (cycling) countries in a region. For example combining Netherlands and Belgium into a scouting region is not allowed, as that would be a too big talent pool. Italy and San Marino or Spain and Andorra would be accepted on the other hand.
Some countries have many added regions in PCM already, so it is also possible to focus on some of them if you like. Look into the tab "Regions" to see what is part of the game. Great Britain has some regions added newly. Thanks to Ripley for the help with that. You can include any of these regions into your created Scouting Regions. For example if your focus would be Basque you could combine Spanish and French regions into a Scouting zone. For that just copy the name of the regions exactly like it is in the file into the line of your scouting region.
If you want to send several Scouts to the same country it might be a good idea to split up that countrys regions into several so the scouts don't cross each others path
Time for the last task of ICL 20, decide the training for your riders.
If you do not care about how development exactly works, you can skip to the part where the file is explained.
Development Mechanics Behind each stat there is a number that is between 0 and 1000. A basestat of 1000 will give the rider a stat of 85, 0 50. Which basestat is required for which stat can be seen in table 3. Depending on the training you choose for a rider, there will be points added to his basestats. Each rider has 3 hidden development point pools, randomly assigned depending on his potential. Each season a rider gets points out of these pools to use for development: Points #1,#2,#3. The amount of points depends on various factors like age, potential, belonging to a dev team, race days used, success during the season, points left in pool.
Points #1 will be used for the main training you choose out of 7 options: Stage Race, Mountains, Time Trial, Sprint, Hills, Cobbles, Flat. Getting many points here will result in a high achievable main stat.
Points #2 will be used for a secondary focus you choose. The available secondary focusses depend on the first choice you did. Each choice has a standard option which will boost all backup stats. If you choose something else you might loose some points of your main stat gained from Points #1. For your secondary training you can choose a rate from 1-5 determining how much the rider wants to focus on his secondary choice. 5 being the maximum. If you choose anything lower, the remaining points will distributed according to the Standard training of your choice.
Points #3 are points spent on your Rider Personality. This influences the energy stats (Sta, Res, Rec), as well as Dh and Fi. You have 6 different choices there.
All of these points are rather arbitrary numbers and won't be directly converted into points -> 1 dev point <> 1 base stat point. It is now possible that riders loose some base stat points (apart from general decline), before development. All these points lost are reassigned during. This influences older riders more than younger riders. This should enable riders to refocus slightly and bring some dynamics into the database. This way it is also possible to slightly control how your rider declines naturally. This also means you get to do training choices for each of the riders on your team.
In some cases it can happen that riders that have not reached their age of decline yet can't maintain all of their stat points. This can be a result of poor performances during the season or settings implemented to keep the database balanced. This allows in return to give some developing talents more points so they develop quicker.
The Development File As always, begin by adding your team ID into C2 in the "Team" tab. In "Teams" you can check for your ID in case you have forgotten. In "Riders" you will see all your riders listed with their points to spend. You can do your development choices here like in the past. If you want to do that read the part at the end. Go to the "Cockpit" tab to use the Development Cockpit. Here you find much useful information on your riders while choosing their training. In row 11 you'll find 5 drop down selectors. Use them for your training choices. Start by selecting your first cyclist in the first selector. Information on him will appear. In the #1 selector you can choose the riders main training. In the #2 selector you can select the riders secondary training choice. In the R selector you can choose the 1-5 rate the rider is focusing on his secondary training. Even if selecting 5 the rider should usually progress stronger in your main choice. Exception could happen, if a rider gets much more #2 points than #1 points. In the P selector choose from the 6 possible rider personalities. Information displayed in the Development cockpit:
Suggested: Suggests an automatically generated training plan for the rider. If you want to skip selecting trainings for some riders, these will be used for their development.
Riders Stats: In row 2 you see the riders actual stats. After selecting a training for him, they'll change to reflect the change. You can tick the "Hide Progress" box to show the old stats again.
Statpoints: There are 4 rows showing riders basestats: "Old Statpoints" showing the riders basestats of last season, "Change" will show the added points depending on your training selections, "New Statpoints" is obvious then, "Missing" are the points missing for the rider to improve this stat by 1.
Age(2019), Potential and Age of Decline of the rider are shown in V2-V4.
Statpoints: Below that you can see the statpoints to spend on a riders development. If #3 is 0, you do not need to choose any personality. If #2 is 0 still choose a secondary focus, as a small portion of #1 also goes there. When done, check the "Riders" tab to make sure you have selected training for all the riders you want to select it for. Afterwards fo to the "PM" tab and send me columns B-F in a table format as a PM. You do not like the cockpit? There is still the option to do your development in the "Riders" tab. Read on if you want to do that. In U-W you see the proposed trainings. The standard rate of the secondary choice is always 2. In column Z put 1-7 to get your first choice. In column ZZ your choice will pop up. In column AB put your secondary choice, by putting 1-x. As there are different amount of secondary choices depending on your first choice, x can be different values. You have to try it out or check the "Trainings" tab. To help you in column AB you'll see your choice. Next change the rate of the influence of your Training#2 selection. Put a number between 1 and 5 in column AD. In column AE put anything between A-F for your personality choice. It will appear in column AF. Note: If you have used the selector before you might see a Personality choice in column AG. Anything you put in AE will overwrite that.
Important: Don't try to sort the tables in this file! This will only mess up the file. It seemed like too much work for me to fix this issue, it's part of the file since the very first season. The only thing you can do to change the order of your riders is to sort in the "DB" tab only before(!) starting your development!
