How to modify the fatigue in the database?

Hello!
First, I'm new around here. I think this topic is not talked about and I think it does not be in the "support" section. I apologize if I do wrong when creating a new thread.
My query is how to modify the fatigue in the database. I'm in career mode and I do not know why I have runners already unrecoverable in May and I do not want to start again from January. On the other hand, others with the same days of competition are fine. I do not understand what could happen.
I tried modifying DYN_fitness_recorded_data. I put the value_i_fatigue column in 0 for all weeks. When I enter the game, it respect what I have already changed, but it changes again from the week I am (24) until the end. They have all the fatigue again.
I also changed in DYN_cyclist_fitness_data. bag_i_fatigue of all in 71582788 (I think it is the best value). Columns bag_i_rythm in 0 and bag_i_refresness also in 0.
In all cases, when I re-enter the game, it changes again the following weeks and I have fatigue again. Only respect past weeks.
How can I do?

I changed now value of bag_i_fatigue of all from 71582788 to 0, but the result it's the same |
