Realistic cyclist progression

Stagiare Posts: 239 Joined: 06-01-2008 PCM$: 200.00	Is the advise for realistic cyclist progression still updating the STA_Cyclist_Progression table to following values: 0.5 0.75 1 1.25 1.5 Or are there other / better methods?

Stagiare Posts: 239 Joined: 06-01-2008 PCM$: 200.00	apperently a DEV from cyanide confirmed to Benji (from the worlddb) that the values in the database are no longer used. so the settings I was talking about shouldn't do anything
