Don't know if this is the right place to ask but how can you/we have a General Leader Jersey full yellow ( TDF ) like : Shirt, Pants, Helmet, Bike..?
I know that in the past PCM's this was sometimes automatic or adjustable.

Not sure what you're asking, but you should be able to add a jersey in the team's map, where, for instance, team_maillot would be the main and team_maillot_time_tour would be the yellow jersey.

I believe most of the pieces can be recoloured by adding the same _time_tour to a copy that is recoloured, similar to the maillot
As for equipment, you'll have to edit the database to unlock a seperate, custom made bike made by yourself. They dont recolor on their own
