When a rider is in "no interest" state (red icon), you'll never be able to sign him. When a rider has an average interest (orange icon), then it need extra efforts to sign him...

I've made some tests and clearly there is something wrong with the PCM.Daily DB. Even with the latest intern code version (that is not in production) i have the problem on that while it works fine and as intented on the original DB.
Didn't try with the PCMWorldDB. => [EDIT]after a test i also have the same pb with World DB.

It could be an easy little bug on the DB (the scenario i'd prefer) or far worst : nothing wrong but just something more complex (i.e : a way of how you set the notes => could have an impact of all the formulas that leads to the way the code reacts).
(at this point i don't know at all, it need further investigations).

This is in certain cases normal that a rider will have no interest for your team (this is what we wanted and what we have done), but when I tried with PCMDaily i had that behavior with riders that should be fine. For instance i have no problem to sign a rider like Fuglsang (on the normal db) while with Daily this

From both sides (players and developpers) it's a big frustration :
* As a player you're upset that the game has strange behavior (you think it's the game that is fucked)
* As a developper you're upset that players got problems you don't have and players are unhappy for a thing that you cannot directly test/fix.
It's one of our mid/long-term goal to try to understand and add more controls over the data's of Packs, but there are thousands way to fuck up the game's behavior's by tweaking everywhere the values.

Another strange (but minor) point : Jensies you talk about 500k€ as max whereas it's 250k€ (per month). even with PCM Daily db i don't have that. is it a specific tweak that i don't get?

If you have encoutered a "no intereest" with a majority of riders, that make impossible to get riders that should fit easily in your squad AND with another DB than Daily or original game DB, please tell us (with a decent team I mean...if you play with Fortuneo or Caja Rural, don't except to sign easily in 2018/2019 the stars...). Thanks

Unlike some negative comments, we care and try to do our best to fix the problems, even if it's related to things that was not possible or at leat quite difficult to anticipate (it's already a huge amount of time to test the game with the original content, we cannot afford to try the game before the release with custom projects => we have to wait that the problems happens to see, understand and fix them).
