They are no longer referred to as wildcards.
If you want to enter a HC race, put a '1' by it in your C1/C2 selection file. And it will work in the same way as C1 races: if there's space you get in, if there's not then we may have to give you one of your back up races instead.

12:00 BST or 13:00 CET - meaning you have a little bit more than 4 and a half hours to send it.
