They are no longer referred to as wildcards.
If you want to enter a HC race, put a '1' by it in your C1/C2 selection file. And it will work in the same way as C1 races: if there's space you get in, if there's not then we may have to give you one of your back up races instead.

We dont know who is already gone, so do we just make a huge list or have to check everyone first
