I have the following rider available for a loan where I will pay the full wage and you'll not have to see a dollar leaving your pocket. He will take up 60,000 of your wage cap. He will only have to get from Lvl 1 to Lvl 2.
 Jaime Castrillo: 60,000 wage, Lvl1 to Lvl2, 69TT & 71FTR
We've decided to add another rider to our loan list:
Name: Andres Paez
Nationality: 
Wage: 75,000 (I will happily pay it all unless you want to take on some of it)
Clause: Must get from Lvl 2.0 to Lvl 3.
Notable Stats: 69MO, 70HIL, 72SPR, 72ACC, 72FTR
As you can see, he is already a rider who could get in the breakaway and win stages at CT or PCT level. I am happy to cover his wage of 75,000 unless you'd prefer to take a few dollars out of your pocket. He's got the potential to be a very good rider so take the opportunity to give him a home now! I don't have any preference between CT or PCT but I ask you give him a few more RDs than he needs to just level up.

Prades & Izagirre are available for very low transfer fees while Anton Martin is also available cheap! It is worth remembering that they are all sitting on a 50k wage and it's unlikely you'll get similar riders so cheaply on the free agency.

New developments have seen our climber talent Domen Novak go up for sale! The 23 year old Slovenian is currently at Lvl 2.34 and will max out with his current training regime at 79MO & 77HIL with pretty good back up stats. His wage is 130,000 which is reasonable for a good talent and he may even score you some points from the breakaway! It is worth noting that he is able to ride Avenir this season.
We do have an offer accepted for him but I will of course be listening to any offers that come in for this outstanding young talent!
Haven't received any offers for the other three riders yet. I will quite literally consider any offer!!

Yes that is correct. Bouhanni is potentially going to leave the team this transfer window. With Bouhanni you're looking at a guy who scored a touch over 300pts at PCT level last season and can do for for 5 more years before he declines as he is only 28 this season! He will be a good PCT leader for his 120,000 wage, a great lead-out at PT level with his wage or potentially a great CT sprint leader on his low wage.
We are looking at two options. A cash deal where I will most definitely consider all offers received for him. The second option is a swap deal for a sprinter on a potentially higher wage from a team who has to lower their wage cap and still would like a quality sprinter in their ranks.

I may also be open to loaning out, I only require he gets from lvl2 to lvl3 but would like to see him have a fair few RDs. Again here I'd be paying the wage, there'd be no transfer fee, and you'd just be usig 75,000 of your wage cap:
