Evolution of attributes

Hello! I noticed that in career mode a lot of young riders have a very fast evolution of attributes. After just 1 month, in February, Mohoric had 79 HIL, Lucas Hamilton 79 MO, Guillaume Martin 76 Mo and 80 HIL - just to name a few.

I would like at least for the first season the stats to remain as close as possible to those in Januaray. I don't have a problem with young riders reaching 80/81 MO or HIL, but i would like it to happen after 2-3 years of career, not after 1 month. How can I fix this? Lowering the potential of riders solves the problem , or it will just stop them from developing at all ?

You could change the "STA_cyclist_progression" values in the database with an editor. By default it's 0,2; 0,5; 1; 1,5; 3; to something like 0,1; 0,2; 0,3; 0,4; 0,5.

So this reduces the time between attribute upgrades (i.e. from 1 month to 6 months), or just the amount (i.e. +1 instead of +4) ?
