Why are no one interested in picking up those free seconds? 2 for free today, 1 for free yesterday.
In 12-14 days some one will be eating themselves over the line to gain 3 seconds. Why not pick them up for free in advance? Especially riders that could use them after the TTT... Riders from BMC or Michtelton could possibly use those seconds to take yellow.
Well Thomas used them and he will most likely take yellow tommorow thanks to it...but no fight,i agree strange to see.

Gilbert also in a good position to snatch yellow after stage 9 with his 2 seconds - especially if he can take a few more.
Another single rider crash. Durbo I think.

Bah, another typical TdF finish with a late crash to blow every fun.
Sagan win after a stupid early opener from Demare. Also QuickStep didn't play that proper. If Alaphilippe would have lead out Richeze they would have had a decent shot at a top 3 atleast.

Nando crashes way too much for a sprinter…

Richeze was down in that crash that blocked Nando. Alaphilippe was alone with Phil. No chance vs sprinters |

Why was Kittel in green when Sagan was 2nd place in the points?

Alaphilippe was doing what? Strange opening with 400ms to go.
I dont agree this was not fun, you have to adapt and this was at least interesting because it was not standard sprint of bunch.

If youre a national champion or world champion you get to choose whether you want to wear your jersey or green/white whatever |

Sagan was given the choice of wearing green or the WC jersey, since he would only wear green as a place holder. He elected to wear the rainbow jersey, but someone had to wear green, so it fell to Kittel.
