Rusty Woods is definitely a guy I like to cheer for, perhaps the most sympathetic Cannondale rider in a few years, imo.

Also, remember guys when Aru was a GC contender? Those days are gone.

He's just there to give a great show with his voecklerish faces. Seriously though, one bad grand tour doesn't mean a lot, he is still young

Aru is almost 28, and since his Vuelta win in 2015 has only performed well during 2 weeks in a Grand Tour. He’s still got time to show otherwise but he seems to have been going downhill after that Vuelta, instead of becoming that obvious pre-GT big favourite everyone thought he could become.

True, but the potential is definitely there. I think he rode a great Tour last year, especially his attack in one of the first weeks stages was phenomenal

28 is pretty young in todays cycling. Just take Pozzovivo or Valverde for example

Yup I think so too, since his great 2015 season he sorta went backwards in his development, also due to injuries ofc. He did two good Tours but to me he was more of an also-ran rather than a main contender. I had hoped this Giro would be his big step to become a top tier rider ala his compatriot Nibali but at least for this year it's not happening. Hopefully he can strike back at the Vuelta if he rides it.

Yup, days of Simoni are long gone. I think their staff is just pretty awful. It's not out of nowhere that Lampre wasn't interested in sponsoring the team anymore.

Froome dropped or just yoyoing again.

Bennett is the only LottoNL rider who has shoes you can look at. That black shoe black socks combo by Roglic is a fashion crime

Does Tibopino ever lead? Pozzo chasing Yates and willing to bury Froome. Good man.
