Interesting finale despite the boring stage.

The George Bennett hype train has left the station

Good win for Timmy, strong result by Konrad too. Froome with another no show.

It was indeed a very short ride. Will jump on the Michael Woods train instead

I’ll get on board with you then. Let’s see how he does in the Etna stage. |

Wellens deserved that win.
Dumoulin said he could have done better but was too pussy to move up front when Elissonde stopped riding. He got swamped and had to restart the sprint with 0 speed.
I rewatched it, was in 4th position of the peloton and then looked around when Elissonde stopped. If he went there he would probably not have lost 4 seconds to Yates (Dumoulin said Wellens would have been hard to beat but he would have been up there).
Froome looked weak. Astana was all over the place, 3 guys in front of Lopez, in different groups. Amazing support. |

Am I supposed to believe Froome’s “excuse” of bad positioning when he has been one of the most consistent riders in terms of positioning in the peloton? I mean, he got the maillot jaune back from Aru in a similar stage, maybe not this hard, but still hard. I don’t think he’s got right legs. Yet. Or ever will. |

I'm still on the Bennett hype train... lead in the Aru group so not bad at all
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."

That is very true, there's space for two riders on the hype train
