I never have seen that bad Froome at TT bike. He has terrible road bike style. Always ok with TT. Today he was all over the bike, never finding good position. |

Tom got it.
Also great to see Kangert back, after last year weird crash...and seems he is also coming back into shape we have used to see at Giro (last 4 years) |

Good thing Tommy D won, if not I would've been annoyed with Campenaerts losing the pink because Woods was in his way. Time to pay out my anti-Dennis bet!
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Despite him clearly not having it anymore recently, this was never a route, he would have won.
Lots of corners, very technical and never the chance to go high-speed like he prefers. |

Also, looks like José Gonçalves might return to his beast mode from Vuelta 2015... freedom and no real GC leader, let’s give it a go for a stage win! |

Recently was my meaning. He was 7 day tours star. After that all mighty TT ace..who just did keep winning.
At early days also considered as GT rider, with that big engine (it seems to be possible if we look Indrurain, Dumoulin etc.) He decided not..that was also good decision. He was best TT rider.
Also great person and character.
Cant't forget Cav. talking about him..how champ elysee stage. he was sitting in sprint train..just before sprint.. Then one man came past ..alone ..outside that line. That was team mate Martin, who was asking: Cav. are you allright, you need some help?
Also Taaramäe told how he was defending he's Paris-Nice GC spot..year when Martin won. He was working hard to chase down Sami Sachez who have attacked early. Then came Tony..who was wearing yellow...and told: Rein I will help.
And pulled last 3km like motorbike. He had no reason to do that.
Moments like this are best in cycling.
Froome..Sastre. Froome was wearing leader jersey 2011..still worked for Wiggo. Late on stage final 4km. he was dropped. Then came Sastre behind (good old diesel)..passed him. Then looked behind ...slowed down a little. That Froome managed to ride on he's wheel..and dragged him over the line

Top (and not so top) GC Contenders Time Behind ("top" as per oddschecker odds, mostly):
Dumoulin 0"
Dennis +2" (yes he is going for GC...again...best so far = 84th in a GT but guess it has to start somewhere...possibly, maybe)
Yates +20" (form)
Pozzovivo +27" (form, got to be one of his best TT's though I think he's had a few top 20's before?)
Betancur (yes BETANCUR, 5th in the Giro 2013 'nuff said!) +28"
Wellens +32" (perhaps only a notch above Dennis in terms of GC chances but you never know...)
Pinot +33" (seemed to be cornering very carefully even for him, probably a good idea, still a decentish time)
Konrad +34" (had to have another one of the possibly possibles from Bora)
HAPPY (above) TO SAD (below) DIVIDE?
Froome +37" (heavy pre stage crash)
Poels +40" (could work into form given a fairly recent comeback and a chance, if Froome's injuries are telling)
Formolo +40" (the modern day Zulbedia?)
Chaves +46" (still no form? Who knows still...)
Bennett +49" (going well generally but somehow seems fragile...hopefully not)
Aru +50" (hmm...)
Lopez +56" (another pre stage crash though apparently not as heavy as Froome, still bandaged up a bit)
Woods +1'02" (okay so it's only 30" to most of the GC cotenders and he's an outsider to start with anyway but still poor, even for his limited TT ability)
Edit:
Meintjes +1'08" (so far down I forgot him!)
Game on!

List is rather short. Giro could have used 2 more big names, eg Zakarin, Majka, Izagirre or Valv.
Also dont forget Hirt.
