Lambert the only point of light for my dev team this season, very good Cascade Cycling Classic for the young lad.

Pretty tough race for us in Britain, eventhough things were looking very good with both Puccio and Koch being in the top 10 before the 5th stage. But then yeah, I really don't know what happened there. Probably Puccio crashed into Koch, made him abandon and injured himself in the process.
Fortunately there was only one more decisive stage left so he didn't drop down too low. Last two stages at least made up for it a little bit with two 2nd places from breakaways.
Congrats on the win Aquarius and thanks for the report Shonak!

Sorry for the delay of the first Vuelta stages. Weather on the weekend was too good to spend much time on my PC.
I have posted the opening 4 stages: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....st_1287528 |

Not great for us, but decent Appo results. Need more though

Decent start for Goos, now just waiting for the stage that ruins everything for us.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Kittel so far following Petacchi's 2005 footsteps, winning stages 3 and 4. Looking at the bottom of the stage 2 results here's something I wanted to mention in my preview and then forgot: Alitalia has the weakest team in this Vuelta, they do have Dario Cataldo as their captain, but no other rider is better than AVG 68.3.

Carbon Sports dominant already and the race hasn't even started. Herrada though in brilliant form looking to challenge the big 3 here.

Who is the third of the Big 3, Porte?
Very happy with the start. Our first Grand Tour win this year, can you believe. And Herrada a few days in red is always some nice points. Hopefully with some leader bonus, he can retain it against Nibs and Bertie.
CarbonSports is going to obliterate any previous Grand Tour statistics with the amount of points they collect.

With all the TT kms I sent the World ITT champion and the French ITT champion to the Vuelta, and they both got beaten by our sprinter in the first TT!
It’s going to be a long race watching the Marcel Kittel show

What a brilliant start to the race! Couldnt ask for anything more so far but of course this is far too early to celebrate this race already. I'm still frightened what Bikex meant when talking about it being a "special edition"

And yet Herrada still defends the GC lead till the end.

VIdeo for first mountain top finish at stage 6: https://youtu.be/y46PDV7K8d0
Spoiler Good start for Nibbles.
Carbonsports too dominant on the flat stages, seems like it was an illusion to believe someone else would have a say about the rankings title. |

Clearly meant that Majka goes full Roux and comes from many minutes down to win.
Not much to say except screw you Carbonsports Nice to see Spencer (who I'm trying to not hate despite his background there) hanging with the big guns in Avenir since Ross clearly isn't trying.
Spoke too soon, stage 4-6 were less good
