This is my squad for the 2nd season. I have kept everyone I wanted and added a strong flat rider, 2 sprinters and another puncher. I feel I have a better rounded and deeper squad. I still have mostly young and local riders.

not really normal...guess it's because you have no "well-known riders", but that's is more due to a weakness of the game - but see it like this: you can set your own goals now already got a schedule?

That's a problem too, the schedule. It's virtually empty!
I only have 40 days of racing in the entire season. All the races from last season are gone. I doubt I will get wild cards to the big WT races
you are not allowed to ride .2 races that are not from your home country if you are PCT team, that is one of your problems as a "young team" promoting...if I were you I'd directly apply for every race possible, look at the responses and then select from those
Wild Cards are very unlikely, but that is no surprise looking at your teams "popularity" in comparison to others with no Slovenian WT races. I'd try everything though, maybe La Vuelta is undercrowded or some of the obscure races.

Looks like it's going to be a very boring season
I wish there was some way to decline becoming a PCT team
You could also try my season planner tool to add more races to your calendar.
(Just make a backup of your career before you use my planner because I have not tested it with PCM 2017)
