The Race Planner files for ProTour Teams in 2017 are sent to each dropbox folder.
Please check first if the PTHC bands are correct.
You will need to fill in the ID, Rider Name and Race Day allocation yourself, using the database. These details will of course be checked once you submit the file.
Remember that if you plan to do training, a rider's OVL will increase. There is no automatic race day update in the database when an OVL is updated. You will need to check the RD tables to see if you have gone above the mark for the next race day band amount. With CTRL+SHIFT+O you can calculate the OVL post training.
The race clash button allows you to check for race clashes automatically. To check them click the 'Check Race Clashes' button and wait for a text box prompt to appear, telling you the check has been completed. If you can't use macros, then you'll have to manually keep track of which races clash!
When completed upload to dropbox with the name "PT_TeamName" and PM ManGame-Admin to say it is there. Clearly, this will not be required until some time after the transfer period has ended.

PT Race Planners as usual going slowest despite having the file for more than a week now.
I have only 5/22 PT Race Planners yet.
In comparison I have 10/26 PCT and 10/24 CT in, which just were sent out a bit over 1 day! |

If you want to avoid being on a list of shame later this week, you should send your planner incl. PM to Mangame-Admin soon.
45/72 only have sent in their planners.

Seeing it`s almost 2 weeks since first planners were sent out in PT, this is rather sad to see less than half of the PT managers have finished yet. |
