Just out of interest, why? You are free to ofcourse. It's why I wanted everyone else but BMC and Quick Step |

He's such an amazing talent. Already that TT in the Vuelta was special. And he was even injured then (knee). And he has talent for climbs as well. Could finally be the new German GC hope |

Because I simply dislike most riders in it. I only like Kämna and I'm neutral to Kelderman, but I dislike Dumoulin, Andersen, Matthews and Oomen.
I'm a QS fan. I basically like every of their riders, espeicially Jungels, Gilbert and Terpstra.
I like BMC as a whole, maybe Dennis not so much.
I like Froome, Kwiatek, Moscon and Thomas on Sky.
And I like Orica overall as well.
Also, to react to your Kämna GC hype. He will probably go the same route as Tony. Afaik, he's not interested in becoming a GC rider.

He may not be interested in being compared to Ullrich (with German media, who would be), but he's certainly interested in improving his climbing. Any quotes to support your statement?
Difference to Tony is there is no need to change his body type so he won't automatically lose TT efficiency, and Dumoulin as the textbook example being around to mentor him (as well as the knowledge from the staff that helped him achieve that) surely will be a great motivation.
Obviously, if it becomes apparent he can win half a dozen WCs sticking to TTs, nobody would blame him if he goes down the same path.

Really good from Sunweb. Great signs of consistency and team development in time trials, Dumoulin looking good for gold. |

How could you dislike riders with two years of experience in the WT's peloton ?

Anyone here with a good in depth look at the potential U23 Time Trial winners? Looking at the startlist I can find names like Cavagna, Powless, McNulty, Asgreen, Bjerg or Ermenault as the main candidates, but considering the harder difficulty of the course in comparison to the flat time trial of the Euro Championships, not sure if there can be other outsiders in the fight, like Sivakov perhaps. Expecting another unpredictable day. |

Btw Mikkel Bjerg is 18 years old and had problems with his chain. This actually fucking insane from this kid.

Bjerg absolutely smashed this! IMPRESSIVE!
He fixed his chain rather quick himself tho? Don't think he lost to much

Yeah he fixed it quite quickly but still got his rhythm disrupted.

It was downhill he fixed it, it should not have cost him that much of rhythm.
Either way, his time is still the best. What a ride by the young dane

Before everybody has finished, Bjerg is leading with over a minute. Wow, what a rider by that guy. Wow!

Van Vleuten won the Women's ITT. So happy for her to have come so strong back after that terrible crash in Rio. Boels Rental Tour, La Course... really a fantastic few months for her by now.

Don't know whether this has been posted before but if it has i apologise.
Great Britain rider Lauren Dolan crashed heavily but still managed to finish her time trial despite some horrible injuries.
