ELKO is there. I guess aiming high as always! And as I know knockout, he never fails to cover the expectations. For this years Top 5 the Latvians are a save bet in my opinion. Good luck!
Also another great HQ!

Thanks hype man
You're putting quite some pressure on me but i believe you forget a bit how much some of my riders have overperformed last season
Top 5 is possible when a lot will go very well again but it is definitely not a save bet. Don't expect too much of me

I'd go for top 5 also, seeing as you bought both GVA and van Stayen from FA, hence they both probably drop in wages.
Other than that you have a fully maxed Vosekalns, Siskevicius, Smirnovs, Stoltz and Flaksis so the depth is definately there and well improved. Less races to ride will probably make your versatile leaders even more important. Top 5 is a good bet

Well - Top 5 is also the team goal but "save bet" was pushing it too far
Sure, guys like Vosekalns, Siskevicius and Smirnovs have maxed but that might also be represented in wages. Might offset the reduction of other wages a bit. Will make a post about it as soon as allowed
Flaksis has "always" been on this level and Stoltz (as much as I love him) won't be a great point scorer.

I think also that Evonik will strike hard this season since you understand the mechanics of this game really well. Top 5 sounds reasonable pretransfer to me. Good luck!

Shonak - Thanks. We'll see - there are quite a few other managers here in the PT who have a great understanding of it. Including some of the promoted teams. So it won't get easy
Atlantius - Olli is a rider i liked a lot and with his relatively low average he had lots of race days available. I will surely follow him in PCT and hope you will have a lot of fun with him

After a succesful year it is time to present next year's jersey.
Thanks to the_hoyle for updating aidanvn's masterpiece.
Thanks to the_hoyle we have a new design for the Latvian NC jersey.
It will be worn by Janis Dakteris in road races
and by Gatis Smukulis in TTs:

Tamijo - Thanks
sgdanny - I completely agree. I have a rather unique opinion about NCs for my team but the_hoyle's design fits my ideas very well
