Havn't seen the race, just checked results. Wow Bertie. I had to scroll way down to find you. Let's enjoy his last race - I sure hope he does and maybe there are some attacking sparks later on and perhaps some nice memorable stages.
Nibali looks fit for the Vuelta, awesome to see him take a stage. Vai vai Nibs!
Not really. He looked rather bad on the climb.

True. But I doubt he can beat Froome. Or even Chavez once we hit the really important stages.

Nibali is master at peaking at the right time. Froome is in Top condition already while Nibali is not
Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.

How did Bardet look then? i read he is just here for stage wins but looks like GC is the better option. That said, I hope he reall trained his TT inrecent months. I can't take something like Marseille over 40k

Better than expected. He had Pozzo set up the pace in the chasing group after Froome and Chaves. He then attacked near the end of the climb and only Aru could follow.

Thanks! Sounds like Aru and Bardet form bodes well for the upcoming stages.

What has Guido posted that's particulary immature or wrong? Just his opinion and insights. I always much appreciate Guido's comments.

Why oh why did De La Cruz move to Sky.... Go to Orica or Movistar. Anywhere.
I thought he was pretty young lad but he's already 28. Bit surprised. I think turning into some Poels superdomestique might be his ceiling, so it's valid to get a big paycheck. Hopefully he won't disappear like Elissonde, König and some others in their time at Sky.

It wasn't exactly a good reaction while Avin was mocking Contador's fanboys

Indeed..do not take it seriously.
Is it mature to bring it up again, after shit storm had calm down?

Wrong again. I never had been Bertie fan. I did just told that is't that hard to show some respect against classy rider who is ending he's complicated career.
Answer was just doper screaming and desperate will to stone him to death |

About racing ..Froome already with red jersey.
Are he trying to keep it all the way?

Wrong again? When else was I wrong?
Read more carefully what I said. I didn't call you a Contador fan. And I'd argue telling someone to drop dead is more than telling him to show some respect to a rider.

I think he was refering to Contador. Drop dead means that Contador was empty and dropped like a stone.

Just watched the stage. Wow Chavito going with Froome's attack, he is right on form. This will be an awesome Vuelta!
