What do you mean? Do you mean that they were on FA? That's likely because their teams disbanded and not that they were unsigned.
I might have misunderstood the column, but the 2016 column is free agent for the likes of Uran, which seems weird to me. Could make sense that disbanded teams have been removed from the DB tho as suggested further down.
This season is the 2016 season, we are a year behind real life
No. 2016 Team is current team. 2015 Team2 is last year's team.

It will be equal between PT and PCT.
A priority list will be important for those just like any other bands.
Then some "fairness" bits to give everyone the best possible and in case of equal lists, first come first serve.
I need to check again, but iirc this happened last year during transfers with HC bands, so about that time again but a start deadline as also a finish deadline will be posted later to allow some preparation for everyone. |

Yeah I saw now that it'll be spread out a bit. 10 days, but I'll also be on a cruise for a week in September which I already fear will again clash with transfer season like literally every year

Should be Yes.

Marcus Fåglum Karlsson in my team (Spotify - Haglöfs) have not got the right stat increase.
He only got increase from Level 1 --> 2 but should also get from level 2 --> 3. (Stage Race)
