Custom rider portraits become squares

Hi all,

Trying to add some custom portraits, but they end up as square shaped and not round like the others. Could anyone help me by explaining how to create a proper custom rider portrait?

Thanks in advance and apologies for the noob request.

Create a round alpha layer
Inactive due to personal reasons.
