Sums up most of mens cycling as well tbh.... I already complained about this years La Course when they announced the changes, i wasn't wrong. Hardly the best racing, mostly due to crap route design (ASO really not doing good things in July this year...), and TT's are almost never entertaining.

I think a big problem is the strength of the field. You have some good riders, but behind them, it gets thin. It's like most women sports, which were only men sports for a long time. You don't have the density of strength.
