Someone should make a mashup of these last 300 metres and San Luca in 2009

Bardeeet, great win for him. From here on out, give everything for Paris.
I am in awe of Landa. Hopefully he will get some leeway.. or take it by force

Plus, as Vaughters finally "confirmed" on Twitter -- Rigo got his bottle from a Cannondale employee, not a generic spectator. I think if anything, the big question is why did Bennett receive a penalty. Need more videos honestly.
From what I was reading, Rigo got his bottle at the KOM point at the peak of the Peyresourde. The video that Vaughters retweeted obviously showed Bardet take something from a fan that Bennett also took from. If the penalty was assessed for that incident, I feel NL-Jumbo should be appealing.
However, Bennett COULD have been penalized for a separate bottle. As far as I've always been aware of, spectators do NOT apply to the revitalisant rule. If anyone has an official ASO rule book that would definitely be cut and dry. Leave it to Vaughters though to cry wolf after basically admitting they tried to cheat and then got caught. One of the many guys I'll be shedding tears of joy for when he is no longer around the sport... |

What was Bennett's punishment.
I hate the ASO and whoever i in charge of penalties, its a kangaroo court. |

What would stop team employees to dress as regular guys and give the bottles to their riders? I think it's a bit strange to penalize when someone from the team gives it to him, but not when a regular person does it.
I'd only penalize them if they go back to the team car to do it, not take it from someone on the road.

That's always been the cynical argument. The short answer is that there really isn't anyway to stop it. You just have to trust that teams aren't being that sketchy. Which is giving a lot of credit this day in age. I do agree it either needs to be enforced entirely, or not at all. This is the ASO though... |

How hard is it for the UCI to make clear rules. So we can have consistency. It's such a joke atm |

Don't tell me one time that Valverde couldn't have won this Tour. This was the chance and he blew it in Dusseldorf. So, fucking, depressing. |

Why did he go so hardcore? Aru went super slow in the prologue and look at him now |

Maillot Jaune stage 5 or even 3. Unzué said his time was top-5 material in the first check.I think he knew his chances were better than ever and he wanted it too much. |

I feel more depressed by the day looking at how the race unfolds with my man out... Knew from day 1 Quintana wasn't up for it and it was Valverde's last shot, he knew it himself, Unzué knew it, but they all downplayed it because of Quintana. |
