Tour de France 2017 | Stage 4 | Mondorf - Le -Bains - Vittel
Raziz
Another long stage (207kms) which seems to be one for the sprinters. A slightly hilly finale is proposed in the profile possibly edging this sprint arguably towards riders like Kristoff, Demare, Coquard and Degenkolb. Sagan will be looking for his usual top 5 placements in the sprints and Kittel wanting to re-assure superiority among the sprinters. Cavendish will look to find his 2016 sprinting legs with a whole host of other sprinters vying for the win....... Just a quick mention for the beautiful product placement of "Vittel" being the finishing town of today's stage.

The breakaway doesn't look like much of a possibility, being only the second real sprint this Tour and just before a virtual rest day for the sprinters at La Planche Des Belles Filles.

Podium Prediction (Chronological Order): Andre Greipel, Marcel Kittel, Arnaud Demare

Avin Wargunnson
Long finishing straight means that others can only hope for Quickstep/Kittel fail, i cant see any other chance for non-Kittel winner. Greipel, Demare and Cavendish should be biggest challengers.
I'll be back

I would love to see Greipel winning, but I fear Kittel is far better this year. My bet is on Kittel, possibly a dirty win for Cav too...

Démare could challenge him with that sprint going slightly up, but Kittel saved his legs yesterday where Démare didn't.. Don't know if that will play a role for the Frenchman.

Cav doesn't look too well Frown

I don't think it was intentional by Sagan though. Or was it? That elbow..

Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Quickstep is awful, Greipel is old.

Elbowed lol 100% DSQ. Thats disgraceful really

DEMARE!

Mori and Benoot also amazing in the sprint, but absolute chaos in the end.

Sagan with the elbow!! DQ incoming?

Sagan takes Cav out, Bouhanni almost takes Greipel out...what a dumb sprint

clear dq for Sagan

I'm affraid that there will be consequences for Sagan that may lead to his exclusion from the Tour and all the hopes for 6th Maillot Vert will be dashed.

Cav touched Sagan's wheel. Cav's mistake.

This imo must have been a disqualification from whole race. Rarely have seen such misbehaviour in a sprint finish. Big blackout by Sagan.

Changing line usually means getting backplaced, but this was a big ellbow as well, which was a stupid move by Sagan and imo should cost him the start tomorrow to think about it.

If you see it from another angle you'd see that Sagan hit him with his elbow.

I think they will not DQ Sagan. They should do this, but Sagan is just to big name to just throw him out because of dumbest sprint ever by almost all favourites. They will probably just give him last place.

Not like Sagan at all, very weird. Not good. Think Cavendish is out of the Tour.
Sport freak. Mostly interested in Football (Liverpool, Rosenborg with more), increasing interest in cycling.
Also big Formula 1 fan. Ferrari <3

They won't exclude him because its Sagan but lets say if Renshaw did it or Kluge yeah that would be an exclusion.

What the fuck was Sagan thinking!? Went full Vettel

Sagan's elbow was out but not touching Cav. It was done to balance himself from falling. See again.

Considering how popular Sagan is, DSQ for him would not be ideal for TdF
