Crash while generating young player

hello, i use the DailyLite Pack and i have a crash at the 24th october while the game is generating young player. How can I fix it please ?
I tried to backup my save at the previous week but when I reach this day it crashes again.

Was already fixed in the previous patch (on 27/6/17).

Fixed an issue with keyboard shortcuts during 3D races
Fixed a crash when opening clan rankings.
Fixed a crash with a save in Pro Cyclist mode when clicking continue.
Fixed a crash when reaching October 24th in singleplayer.
Fixed a crash preventing players from participating in WC ITT.
Fixed a crash on the clan page.
Fixed an error when launching PCM17's Database Editor.
Visual fixes in Scheldetour - Vlaanderen.
Texture fixes of the pro cyclist portrait at certain resolutions.

On Steam that patch is updated automatically if you start up your game.
